Jill Fowler: An Adelaide Music Club evening. Lovely food, reasonable price. Can join as a member, which then reduces the price of meal. Pay separately for drinks, full bar, and desert. The music of the night was 3 players singing covers of Simon and Garfunkel.
Tim Austin: We went there for a 3 course meal and dancing last night.We had a great time.There was plenty of food, we didn't go away hungry.There was a good selection of drinks from the bar.The complex was set out well and was very eye catching.It would be an excellent venue to have a conference, wedding or just a place to have a large gathering.There is a lot of parking available.The staff were friendly and helpful.I truly recommend trying this place, you won't be disappointed.

David Sabine: As President of the Adelaide Music Club, l cannot find a better venue for our 200 plus members to enjoy our monthly music shows over dinner. We have been there for many years. Monday 4th December was our Christmas dinner with a beautiful venue, exquisite cuisine, great decorations and Fahrenheit 451 playing up a storm, causing 216 members to fill the dance floor and then dance wherever they found an empty space. A superb atmosphere in the best venue in town. Mimi and Donato - hope we can come back in 2024. Buon Natale to you both and your family.

Their staff made us feel very special on the night and the service was exceptional. With the new upgrades to the venue, it looks and feels absolutely amazing. Fair pricing, amazing food, it far exceeded our expectations and we definitely recommend The Grand Ballroom for any event.
Vesna Maletic: ballroom and raved about the food which was delicious, fresh and plentiful. Donato and Mim are excellent to deal with and very accommodating, as were all their staff on the night itself. Things that our guests really loved about The Grand Ballroom were the friendly staff, pretty fairy lights, the large dance-floor, the separate bar/lounge area plus easy parking. The Grand Ballroom represents fantastic value for money and we are so happy that we booked there. Thank you again Donato, Mim and team.

We got married when Covid peaked in Adelaide, which made it a very stressful time finding out the week of our wedding that guests were unable to attend. Don and Mimi were so helpful, easy to deal with and compromised so much with us. They instantly put our worries at ease. The food was FANTASTIC and the room look STUNNING. Their value for money and service is like no other. Cannot thank you guys enough for making it easy and seamless for us. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

David Eccles: Pros: Nice looking and well placed venue. Food was good and staff were friendly for our seminar. After being asked they remembered to put out soy milk reliably. Water at the tables was refilled in between every break at the seminar.Cons: I found the lights were too 'warm' for a conference, which was occasionally hard on the eyes, but may be better for a wedding. The projector was a touch subpar and definitely lost critical detail on a few slides with diagrams. The food was generally reasonable but they missed my vegan dietary preference and had no options on one of the later days.EDIT on 6/6/24 - no worries, I understand there are multiple sides chains in a link. I response to the explanatory n prompt response from the owner I have popped the rating up from 3 to 4 stars. have a good day.

Thank you for making my son and daughter-in-law's wedding such a beautiful evening.As a coeliac I want to extend an extra note of appreciation. I never eat out anymore but my DIL after checking your venue assured me that you could safely cater for me, with your seperate kitchen, accreditation and experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress introduced herself and assured me that my meal would be safe and she reassured me a couple of times during the night. My menu was printed slightly different to highlight all allergens. Nothing was too much trouble. This is the only time that I have eaten other than in a 100% GF venue and not felt stressed. Thank you so very very much!

Peter Stokes: We had the wedding of our dreams with our ceremony at "The Landing" and reception at "The Coach House". Mariyah was an absolute gem. We had a couple of meetings in person to talk through the different options and then do all our selections. Every discussion was clear, and she'd follow up any questions with prompt email replies. She provided an excellent spreadsheet that helped cover everything from run sheets, floor plans, guest lists, seating plans, menu, suppliers and decor. This was so helpful to us when it came to doing our seating chart, organising times with our DJ/MC and photographers, and doing our bonbonnieres. Our 2 year old son has a food allergy of egg, milk and soy, and Mariyah went the extra step to personally work with the chefs at Sunnybrae to find a suitable alternative for our son's meal, and we a truly so grateful that she went above and beyond to the extent of custom ordering a different type of chicken nuggets that he was able to eat on the day.We can't thank Mariyah enough for making the whole process seamless and stress free, we are so grateful for having you as our wedding coordinator and will be forever thankful for your personal touches that made the day even more special.

Olivia Oates: I recently spent a night in the beautiful barn loft accomodation and could not recommend it highly enough! The space is perfect and has everything you could want in an Airbnb, the location absolutely took my breath away, from the entrance driveway to the vast gardens, vineyards, views and even cows! The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in and omg that bathtub!! I can only imagine how perfect it is here for weddings, I hope to come back as a wedding guest one day so I can see it all decked out! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a unique stay in Adelaide, you won’t be disappointed! Brie & Billy have put so much love and care into the space and the experience and it truly shows. Thanks for a wonderful stay guys I will be back!!

sandy bayley: I attended a black tie dinner for my church last week along with around 240 others. I have a number of dietary restrictions and was pleasantly surprised when I received a call from Matt an hour before the function. He identified himself as the chef from the Krystal Function Centre and was checking on how best to accommodate me and ensure that he was able to meet my dietary requirements. I organised a table of 10 and all my guests made favourable remarks about the delicious food, all served hot and in a timely manner. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The decor and ambiance was second to none.The only negative was the music as it was too loud to have a conversation but the DJ was an outside operator that the Function Centre had no control over. Perhaps dinner music would have been better and to save the loud music for dancing to at the end?All in all we were very impressed with this venue and I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who wants to hold a large function. Your guests will be very impressed.

Shenyll Datario: , the food, oh my god was phenomenal. They were able to easily cater all dietary requirements and everyone was fed very well - we all left with a happy tummy. I don't even have our photos yet from our wedding day but our guests had captured incredible pictures of the night and they look perfect in every angle - not a single bad spot in the venue thanks to their awesome lighting! All of our vendors overall were fantastic in creating our dream wedding, but The Krystal Function Centre and their beautiful team really made our dream wedding reception come to true life. I cannot recommend you guys enough! Shae Desmet: We booked Ten22 for our May 2024 wedding way back in August of 2021. Our wedding is four weeks away and we could wait to write our review. Nat has made the entire process so smooth and the opposite of stressful. She’s always available via email or phone for any questions, and is always full of ideas and ready to reassure you. She genuinely wants you to have the BEST time. We are so excited to try Dave’s food, as we are massive foodies and so are our guests! We booked this venue because we didn’t want a tradition wedding with fancy ceviche and two more courses the groom wouldn’t eat. We wanted real yummy tucker and we cannot wait.Another thing I love about booking with Nat and Dave is you don’t just get a venue, there are options for literally everything to be organised for you! Food, styling, flowers…they have it all! We can’t wait for our special day!

The staff were also very friendly and professional on the night and Nat and Dave have just been so amazing and caring from the beginning. You can really tell the care and thought they put into each event.We had our engagement/surprise wedding party here, and it was all so seamless. Hiring and decorations were done in-house by Ten22 Creative - they had so many things to choose from that worked so perfectly in the venue. The fairy lights & floral with neon sign was perfection in the photos.The food was incredible - we had a grazing table + pizza, and there was plenty to go around. The two things people have commented on since that night was how beautiful the venue was, and how good the food was. No one went hungry!Again, thank you so much Nat & Dave for helping us have the best night and making everything so easy; you're amazing!

I’ll be back!When I arrived I was told my room number and all I had to do was walk in and leave the key locked in the room on checkout. Simple service and didn’t have to deal with staff. Christina Czyzewski: Celebrated my sons wedding . Beautiful venue with magnificent garden where ceremony was officiated. The reception was held in one of the function rooms and was set up as requested. The food was delicious as was the selection of wines. The bridal party, parents and few of the immediate family spent the night in The Manor suites. My roomwas #12 and on one level and in the tower whereas the other 11 rooms were on 2 levels. Each room has a kitchenette, stocked with tea, nescafe pod coffee maker and coffee pods, as well as breakfast provisions, juice and milk in fridge.I would recommend The Manor to anyone wanting a special weekend away or as a wedding venue.

Kathy Nygaard: For Mother's Day, my two beautiful daughters & families bought me a High Tea voucher. Their families also bought them one each, so we booked in today for 12noon. My first time visiting. What an amazing, beautiful place to have a High Tea, lunch, dinner or just a get together. Wonderful, well dressed, happy staff. We were taken to a warm pleasant room with an open window area. All rooms have a wood fire, so on this cold day, it was very cosy.Our food was presented beautifully & tasted amazing. The only criticism we had, was the thick coffee cups on a saucer was what we were going to drink our lovely tea from !! What happened to a china cup for tea ? Pots were also made of heavy pottery. For the price, it is good value but big points lost for this type of service. Must change for this high quality restaurant.

Everything was spectacular… the location .. the service .. the whole experience was above and beyond !! S G: Simply Magical!We are just back from a magnificent long weekend at Mount Lofty House. Mt Lofty House is a luxury hotel with many welcoming spaces to enjoy. Our rooms were beautiful and included everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. But what made our stay stand out is the 5 star service from the Mt Lofty House team. The staff made us genuinely feel welcome and that they were keen to deliver the long weekend stay we wanted. Our stay started with Shaun from Reservations putting together a package of activities and bookings tailored exactly to what we wanted to do. And then these happened effortlessly over the weekend. Thanks Shaun, it was a delight to work with you to put together our weekend. We loved the hotel history tour run by Chris, make sure you take it when staying. Chris made us feel very welcome anytime we saw him over the weekend. Thanks Chris, we are big fans of the champagne cocktails! Our weekend included some time at the fabulous Gatekeepers Day Spa. Thanks to Claire for an outstanding massage, it was the perfect way to end a day after walking in the Mt Lofty Summit national park nearby. We also want to say a big thank you to the staff in the Piccadilly Panorama breakfast restaurant who are delightful and made sure we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each day and the staff in the Hardy's Bar and Lounge for their warm service and tasty dinner. Staying at Mt Lofty House is a must-do luxury experience with all that the Adelaide Hills has to offer on your door step.

Audrey Gilrain: I booked here for something a little different for our 4 days in Adelaide over Christmas. We loved it. We arrived on Christmas day and the owner went out of her way to being us a "care package" with turkey and roast vegetables so that wed have something to eat on Christmas night. It was so appreciated. The room was really unusual and so spacious. The bed and bedding was super comfortable and the breakfast is completely worthwhile. Fabulous bacon, free range eggs and tomato - it was great to be able to get up and make our brekkie in our room when we were ready and to just chill out. The gardens are just fabulous - you can see the time, love and care that the owners have put into them over many years to create the wonderful ambience and environment. I loved the pool - which was heated and lovely to swim in. The whole stay was very relaxing and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.
