Olivia Oates: I recently spent a night in the beautiful barn loft accomodation and could not recommend it highly enough! The space is perfect and has everything you could want in an Airbnb, the location absolutely took my breath away, from the entrance driveway to the vast gardens, vineyards, views and even cows! The bed was one of the best I have ever slept in and omg that bathtub!! I can only imagine how perfect it is here for weddings, I hope to come back as a wedding guest one day so I can see it all decked out! Highly highly recommend if you are looking for a unique stay in Adelaide, you won’t be disappointed! Brie & Billy have put so much love and care into the space and the experience and it truly shows. Thanks for a wonderful stay guys I will be back!!

Amy Hourigan: Stunning venue with picturesque views and perfect for weddings and elegant events. The vibe is so relaxing and the staff are wonderful!

Matthew Harris: Our wedding at marybank was spectacular, and Brie and Billy are as well. The grounds and the views are breathtaking, and it's clear that the owners love the property. Kat and I would highly recommend Marybank for any event. Even with the smaller wedding package, we felt like we got VIP treatment.

Kristijan Sintic: We had our wedding at MaryBank in Feb, 2024.The venue was absolutely incredible and revered by all our guests and wedding trades. The caretakers - Billy and Brie - are the most beautiful people and they went above and beyond to make sure our day went smoothly. We scoured venues up and down, and once the day was over, we had no regret or doubt that MaryBank is the ultimate wedding venue in Adelaide.

Margaret Breyer: Last weekend, it was my very great pleasure to offer my services as the Marriage Celebrant at this gorgeous garden setting in Marybank Estate. If you are considering a garden wedding, I highly recommend the venue and it would be my absolute honour to create your unique ceremony. @marrymemargo

Ekhidna Wines: what do users think?

Georgina Kiriakakis: A fantastic experience. We stopped in for a wine and dessert. So friendly and welcoming. Dessert was incredible and the wine was like velvet. I'm planning my next get together with friends there very soon.

Ellie Spencer: would also recommend the mojito cocktail.

Spiro: Greeted with smiles and friendly service when arriving at the wine tasting section . Then taken 2 the restaurant by the lovely Jess to be served the best kangaroo dish we have had followed up by a delicious hot brownie dessert with a almond flat white 2 finish of a superb meal

Ray Warren: I am not easily impressed. I hate trendy menus full of pretty meals that photograph well and sound good but are not so tasty and leave you hungry. The food must be delicious and filling. I really expect to get something special for my money, especially when I travel out of the city and spend more than my usual amount on lunch.I also have an aversion to badly run places that don't have their act together. So I did my research on Google and TripAdvisor and came up with two possibilities in McLaren Vale that had an appealing menu and we hadn't already tried. I am happy that the first was booked out because Ekhidna was a real treat. It doesn't get much better than going into a place with no expectations and being blown away.Ekhidna is unassuming, welcoming and more than capable of providing that very special dining experience that you are hoping for. And it seems like they don't even have to try hard. There were five of us with diverse tastes, especially the four year old who can spot an underwhelming kids meal a kilometre away.Everyone finished and enjoyed their food.I won't go through everything that we ordered because the menu is seasonal but everyone enjoyed their lunch and unusually the four year old ate all her chicken and chips as well as helping me eat my wood fired oven pizza. And I have to say more than 90 out of 100 restaurant pizzas that I have seen on menus didn't interest me because they were trying to be too trendy, rather than just be tasty. And probably 98 out of 100 were disappointing. So I was taking a risk ordering one rather than other menu options that would easily be winners.I am glad to say I was so happy I did. I loved it and so did our super fussy preschooler. Two of the adults had alcoholic ginger beer brewed by the chef, and superbly smooth, full bodied Shiraz made by the winery. The other two were driving. The scrumptious desserts were shared and totally enjoyed. The service was friendly, attentive and professional. And I even liked the gentle upsell offer while paying the bill "would you like any wine to take home sir?"These people know how to do everything to help you make the most of your visit and want to come back again. And we will. The best dining experience I have had in many years. High praise to head chef Kane Livingston and all of the team at Ekhidna kitchen and winery. And the view is lovely too.Extremely highly recommended.*Sorry that I was enjoying myself so much that I didn't take any photos.

Conor Zyskowski: , which was a huge hit. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to make our day so memorable. Highly recommend!

Tim Zadow: . You can mention if you have preference towards meat or seafood options. We had the gin flight which was also good. We'll definitely be back again, thanks Ekhidna wines for the enjoyable lunch.

Teresa Lynch: We had a fantastic degustation lunch here served by Jacki and wine matching hosted by the amazing Hamish! The food was to die for and paired perfectly with the delicious wines.Hamish's knowledge is outstanding and his fun personable personality just makes the experience the best!

Chelsea Rulla: Amazing wine. Service was exceptional. Hamish made our experience all that much better

Kelly Pederick: A beautiful little spot. Service was warm and attentive, food and drinks were spot on and the view was perfection. Will be back!

Ben Thompson: Exceptional food, wine, beer and service. We had the degustation with matching wines which was delicious and great value. Wonderful views also. We will be back again soon!

Paul Mahoney: Dropped in for lunch having previously had a degustation and wine match for a special occasion. Didn't match wines this time but food was fantastic, plentiful and served by friendly and outgoing staff.Matt gave me a sample of Rechter which lead to a high end one on one tasting and a lovely mix of top end reds for my cellar. Great to see a passionate and hands on winemaker.I just need to join their wine club now.

emma hodge: We had our wedding here on the weekend and had an amazing experience. Erin and the team are absolutely fantastic and made it so easy. They were super accommodating to some last minute changes and the venue is just beautiful. Everyone loved the food, the views are amazing and they have delicious wines and their cider is great. Thank you Ekhidna!

Suzanne White: Celebrated my significant birthday at Ekhidna Kitchen with my family last Sunday. Fabulous wine, beer, food and staff. We were looked after so well and nothing was too much trouble. Fantastic setting and views. We will be back.

Ricardo Maisterrena: Excellent service, good and abundant catering, fabulous views and atmosphere, it was a great wedding, thank you

Craig Matthewson: What an lovely, welcoming and friendly establishment. 10/10 for food and service. Highly recommend.

Yasmin Pringle: AMAZING FOOD, VIEWS, AND OF COURSE WINE!I'm unsure if it's quiet because it's a Wednesday, but this place definitely deserves to have more people here. The service was spot on, so friendly and kind. Our food was supburb, everything was delicious, the steak was perfectly cooked, and the desserts were really well sized.Beautiful space and even better views.

DIANA: Marvelous lunch with delicious food and great wines. Food was so full of flavour. They really know how to make wonderful sauces. The sauces took the culinary delights to another level of exquisite tastes and textures. Pictures include Arancini, Kingfish Crudo, Roasted Cauliflower, Stuffed Peppers,Chicken Breast with Chimichurri with a side of veg, Pork Chop, Tiramisu and a Chocolate Brulee. Meals were a good size. Everyone was very satisfied at the end of the three courses. Roasted Cauliflower appeared only steamed and not roasted. This was my only disappointment. You might want to choose a different option if you are after more than steamed cauli, even though the tahini sauce and dukkah were fantastic. Stuffed peppers were very tasty. Great veg option. Tiramisu was a lovely large slice. Luxurious and rich, not greasy or heavy. Was made the proper Italian way. My flat white coffee was nice and strong. We sat next to the window which had lovely views of the grape vines and hills. Would highly recommend.

Leesa James: We went for a lunch with friends and three children under 3. They made us all feel so welcome and offered us space to feed and change babies if needed. Even got water to heat up a bottle. It’s hard getting out of the house with young children but Beach Rd made it easy.Food and wine was amazing too!Thank you!

Clare Snow: Beautiful views across to Willunga, delicious food and good wines. Definitely worth a visit.

Scott: Nice place, good food and wine. Staff very professional and friendly.

Yvonne Riddell: What a very busy long weekend place to take the 80 year old for her birthday 🎂. Well done to the staff on their service on such a busy day👏👏 Excellent choices on the menu, and well done chef for execution of them all👍 We spent twin granddaughter's 21st afternoon tea there 4 years ago. I felt that it was even better this time.

Z C: My two favourite things about BRW:1. Gluten free mushroom pizza2. Donna

Leon Eldridge: Thursday lunch booking, pretty quiet at time of visiting Service was great, food was great, especially the chocolate brownie for dessert. First visit to Beach Road, won't be our last.

Jennifer Jones: Lovely pizza lunch as part of our winery day out. Great value wines and pizza. Eveyone enjoyed and beautiful view.

Shane Harding: Excellent service and delicious food for reasonable prices!

Nicolle Horsell: Went for Mother’s Day and the set menu was amazing! All of the food was so delicious and well worth the moneyThe wine was amazing too and we just had such a lovely afternoonWill be back

Chris广告人(澳大利亚捷科数字传媒): Nice view

Masha Sudareva: My husband and I celebrated our wedding at Beach Road Wines in late April. It was a truly beautiful day, and we couldn't be happier with the seamless communication provided by Adrienne, the Wedding Coordinator at Beach Road Wines. Her efficiency greatly reduced our stress by handling many logistical details. The food and atmosphere were equally remarkable, with numerous guests expressing their admiration. Without hesitation, we highly recommend Beach Road Wines for anyone considering this venue for future wedding events.

Andrew Schultz: Went here for a dinner after a day of wine tours. The staff were super friendly and helpful during our wine tasting. A group of us ordered the degustation menu and I was impressed with the quality and quantity of the 7 courses. The complimentary port at the end was delicious! #BeatTheGrind

Paul !: Beautiful grounds, stayed for dinner, highly recommended

mrsm: Stayed here for 4 nights. Had a great time. Tried the wine tasting and dinner in our last night. Staffs were great especially Ant who looked after us during dinner, very cheery, helpful and pleasant.Wine tasting- just the 2 of us during the wine tasting. Great variety of wine and we ended up buying a few bottles. The dinner- such a great gastronomic experience. We had the 2 course meal, steak and pork belly and both were just absolute perfection. The steak perfectly cooked and the pork belly spicy and the tiramisu… one of the best tiramisu I’ve ever tasted. The bread served at the start was soft and fresh. Outside there’s a pizza stove so must be a hit during summer. The room- yes a bit dated and the r exhaust not working so getting misty each time we shower. The bed was massive king size, has the usual kettle, tea and coffee. There’s a seating outside facing the pool which I think must be great during summer. There are heaps of geese and birds living in the area.Pram and wheelchair accessible.Best part… the Shiraz trail is just beside the property. The same trail to reach the restaurants, Cole’s and other shops.Yes the accommodations are a bit dated but they make up for their great staffs and service, yummy dinner, wildlife and close proximity to the main drag.

Jane Tarrant: Great venue for motor rallyLocation: 5/5 …

Pauline O'Sullivan: Oasis of natural beauty in McClaren Vale.Generous sized room, well laid out for guests, king bed, kitchen, lounge, TV...easy access from car park AND a door opening to expansive shaded lawned area...small patio seating provided here to sit and relax. Can understand venue being popular for weddings...simply stunning.Decor not the most modern, but on reflection, comfort, space and scenery make the memories. Will be back.

Adam Alexander: Fantastic wine and fantastic service - easy 5 starsService: 5/5 …

Stephanie Dougherty: I had an amazing experience here! I was traveling solo from America for a friend’s wedding, and randomly selected Serafino to stay for the Maclaren Vale wedding. The grounds were beautiful, quaint, and so peaceful. EXACTLY what I needed. I didn’t spend much time in the room, but it was large and had all the necessary amenities. I was a big fan of having both a front and back door, with patio furniture available for each room to enjoy the scenery. My favorite part was the winery. I went in for a quick tasting and to read my book to kill a time before the wedding. I was met by your employee who, upon learning that I was alone, had me sit at the counter to give me company. He was very attentive, friendly, and so knowledgeable about the wines. As a solo traveler, I expected to be alone. Instead, I got to enjoy a great conversation with an interesting person. Not to mention, the wines were delicious!

Philip Dee: Visited on Sunday 28th May Gin TastingFlight of four gins available for tasting - signature fig gin, orchard gin, fig aperitif, bitter orange sloe ginThe service was excellent, they gave us sufficient time to enjoy the tasting at our placeThe one we enjoyed the most was the signature fig gin and fig aperitif, the addition of either the citrus juice or tonic water brings out the flavour of the gin and reduces the sweetness from the fig

Igor Sochkan: Nice place to pick figs and also just a beautiful walk

Alisha Shurville: We had our anniversary dinner here and it was absolutely perfect incredible food and wines with awesome staff we had the best time thankyou Maxwell's.

Cheng John: Not only was the food very good , the staff were truly exemplary !!! Good showcase of the various cooking skills.Diners have free access to the Maze & there sure 2 destination Tesla charger for diners as well

y Adelady: I was here for a lunch course about 5 -7 years ago. They renovated since and great atmosphere.10corse with wine pairings took nearly 4 hours but didn’t feel like that long and we enjoyed friendly professional service as well.Meal uses many Japanese things like dashi, yuzu, sudachi, kabayaki sauce. To enjoy dashi flavour some of the dishes were too salty but mainly very nice and I chose dairy-free and all very tasty.

may jean Kok: Amazing view, food and service. Had a perfect night here. Highly recommend!

Jessie Mills: I can't believe how lucky we are to have Fabian Lehmann and his team here in South Australia. It's the best thing to happen to us since, I dunno, Don Dunstan. This food should drag people across the world. It's amazing that we only have to get ourselves out to McLaren Vale. If you haven't been for their tasting menu, you're a goose and I don't know what you're thinking. I'm trying not to fan-girl gush, but deng, Fabian is an artist and deserves a billion-strong harem of hungry adorers. Woops. There I go. Every dish is engineered to make you gush, though. Truth. The floor staff are great too. Brenna runs that operation like a deadly assassin playing whack-a-mole, seemingly smacking any problems back down before they can even raise their fuzzy little heads. What AM I saying? Sorry, I'm drunk on flavour, texture and, oh yeah, wine. Go there.

Natalie: Had an absolutely gorgeous time here. Stunning and scenic, lovely fire place and view. The matching canapés with wine is a MUST! Fabulous service from staff + phenomenal world class wines. A delight, 10/10 recommend.

Andreymae Meora: This was our first stop on our wine tasting tour, and it turned out to be a wise decision. It was our first time trying mead wines, and we were instantly impressed. The place was cozy, the staffs were really nice- knowledgeable of what they’re doing and the venue offered a beautiful view of the vineyard.

Will Malliotis: Their honey mead is incredible!Hospitality and venue is beautiful!

Marcia Coelho: Amazing space and fun to go through the maze with wine in hand! I definitely recommend

AS: We’ve enjoyed the tasting menu here twice and each time it was absolutely exquisite! The facility, the view, the staff and the food were all exceptional. It was wonderful to see the same staff both times who delivered great and attentive service. Where many hospitality businesses have a high turnover, it’s nice to see quality staff retained. It’s such a joy coming here and I have highly recommended it to many. They make special occasions that much more special.I especially appreciate the length of the lunch. 3 hours is perfect. You really get time to appreciate each course, the flavours and techniques and spend time in great conversation with your loved ones. This is in stark contrast to other places where you feel rushed. A definite 5 stars.

Julie Gearie: This lunch was nothing short of exceptional. Every course was an experience and the flavours are next level amazing! Thank you also to the incredible staff delivering 5 star service. Maxwell Restaurant is deserving of all the awards and accolades it has received. This is a must for anybody visiting the McLaren Vale region.

Adam Steinhardt: Fantastic dining experience. The degustation was world class. Just brilliant. Incredible view. Remarkable ten course meal. As good as it gets.

Pete A: We had the 10 course degustation. The meal was amazing, every course was delicious and well balanced with the wine pairing. Service was fantastic and the manager and staff looked after us very well. Will definitely return!

Marissa Kurbatfinski: Sunnybrae is an absolutely stunning venue! My husband and I got married there this past April and couldn't believe how beautiful, smoothly and picturesque the day was. We cannot thank the venue and their staff enough for our day. The meals were mouth-watering, the bar staff were so considerate and helpful and even our security guard was so respectful and patient with our guests. We also couldn't have made our wedding what it was without our co-ordinator Emma. If you're lucky enough to have her, your whole entire day will be perfect! Emma, we cannot thank you enough for taking all our phone calls and emails, answering all our odd requests and just making out day run so so smoothly! You and your team went well above and beyond for us and our guests and we are still so grateful and honoured to have had you all help us on our special day100/100 recommend Sunnybrae and their fantastic team!

Marita Ellis: The location, the room, the service and the good was stunning! Absolutely beautiful. Thank you for making my son and daughter-in-law's wedding such a beautiful evening. As a coeliac I want to extend an extra note of appreciation. I never eat out anymore but my DIL after checking your venue assured me that you could safely cater for me, with your seperate kitchen, accreditation and experience. The food was absolutely delicious! Our waitress introduced herself and assured me that my meal would be safe and she reassured me a couple of times during the night. My menu was printed slightly different to highlight all allergens. Nothing was too much trouble. This is the only time that I have eaten other than in a 100% GF venue and not felt stressed. Thank you so very very much!

Blagojce Jovcevski: Beyond perfect!!! Simmone and her team made our day incredibly special!!!

Liam McDonald: We had our wedding ceremony in the palm garden and reception in the pavilion.Emma and the team at Sunnybrea did a flawless job, as soon as we first meet with the team at Sunnybrea we knew it was for us.The food was delicious and the Venus was spectacular, we received so many compliments from all our guests. We can’t thank Emma enough for all that she did for us, making the wedding so much easier.Would definitely recommend to anyone!!

Peter Stokes: We had the wedding of our dreams with our ceremony at "The Landing" and reception at "The Coach House". Mariyah was an absolute gem. We had a couple of meetings in person to talk through the different options and then do all our selections. Every discussion was clear, and she'd follow up any questions with prompt email replies. She provided an excellent spreadsheet that helped cover everything from run sheets, floor plans, guest lists, seating plans, menu, suppliers and decor. This was so helpful to us when it came to doing our seating chart, organising times with our DJ/MC and photographers, and doing our bonbonnieres. Our 2 year old son has a food allergy of egg, milk and soy, and Mariyah went the extra step to personally work with the chefs at Sunnybrae to find a suitable alternative for our son's meal, and we a truly so grateful that she went above and beyond to the extent of custom ordering a different type of chicken nuggets that he was able to eat on the day.We can't thank Mariyah enough for making the whole process seamless and stress free, we are so grateful for having you as our wedding coordinator and will be forever thankful for your personal touches that made the day even more special.

The work and love that has gone into the homestead and surrounding gardens and accommodation is outstanding.Highly recommend. If you want to relax In beautiful surroundings this is definitely the place to go. Oh how I wish I knew about AL RU before I got married it would have been my dream wedding destination.

Audrey Gilrain: I booked here for something a little different for our 4 days in Adelaide over Christmas. We loved it. We arrived on Christmas day and the owner went out of her way to being us a "care package" with turkey and roast vegetables so that wed have something to eat on Christmas night. It was so appreciated. The room was really unusual and so spacious. The bed and bedding was super comfortable and the breakfast is completely worthwhile. Fabulous bacon, free range eggs and tomato - it was great to be able to get up and make our brekkie in our room when we were ready and to just chill out. The gardens are just fabulous - you can see the time, love and care that the owners have put into them over many years to create the wonderful ambience and environment. I loved the pool - which was heated and lovely to swim in. The whole stay was very relaxing and I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Leigh Kinniburgh: Visited recently whilst on a family holiday from Victoria and we all left super impressed. We couldn’t speak highly enough of all the food whether it was entrees or the mains we each had and were absolutely rapt with the customer service provided on the day and the cocktails we’re definitely a big hit. Thanks again to Trent and Milly for a great experience. If ever in the region again we will definitely be back to Inglewood Inn. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Melanie: , and of course sour dough to mop up the deliciousness left in the bowl. Then onto the steak and parmesan crust chicken sando for mains. Love the SA vibes throughout food and drinks menu - we left feeling very full and happy. Thanks Inglewood fam!!

Deborah Frew: We had an amazing lunch, the mullaway fish and coconut Dahl was one of the best dishes I’ve tasted and I’m hard to please when it comes to taste, presentation and price. This was definitely worth it. The crispy potatoes which we added as a side are a dish on its own and knowing now how good they are I’d just order them with a pint 🍺. The little colouring pack for the child was an amazing addition and the servers were so attentive but not in your face. I don’t eat lamb nor chicken but I do now after tasting the lamb skewers and chicken tenders. The flavours are amazing. Well done chef 🧑‍🍳 great atmosphere all staff lovely and it’s definitely our go to. The views are pretty good too. 👏🏻

Jan Menzies: Most enjoyable, the view is most relaxing. The service was excellent and the meal was most enjoyable. I would recommend on a cool day the fire gives a nice ambiance.

Elsie Sutton: Had a lovely meal, beautiful atmosphere and lovely service, good recommendations regarding the food and wine. We had the lamb with beetroot risotto and goat’s curd, broccolini and crispy roasted potatoes. A great selection of wines, gin, etc. The only area of improvement if I was to be picky, was the staff could be a little more attentive, maybe just a little more training needed, but nothing major, they were very friendly and accommodating overall. Everything was very enjoyable. Will definitely be back.Vegetarian options: A variety of vegetarian options, very nice.Dietary restrictions: Cater for gluten free, dairy free, vegan and vegetarian. Really great options. The gluten free bread starter is really nice too.Parking: Plenty of parking.

Amanda Deighton: We really enjoyed our afternoon here tasting wines with Bob. We loved the stories and info on the vines, the wines and history of the business. Looking forward to drinking the wines we brought home.

Felicity Alice: My #1 go to winery… Amazing Wine, Amazing Food, Amazing Service … in the 4 years I’ve been going to Woodstock I’ve only ever received ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service ..

Heather Hopkins Quilts: Amazing experience today. We had a spontaneous day out with friends, arrived just after opening without a booking but were warmly welcomed in the tasting room. The gentleman, Bob, was very hospitable and extremely knowledgeable on the wines as well as the history of the winery and the winemaking family. We did a red wine tasting followed by fortified wines, highly reccomend.

Melissa Mcdonald: HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Reds were delicious, the fortified wines were to die for and Bob, our host, was incredibly knowledgeable and a true gentleman

Scott Hawken: Love this place. One of my favorites in McLaren Vale. Great wine and great hospitality. The last few times I've been through the tasting room and restaurant haven't been open.

Heather Dart: On a cold wet windy day in Adelaide enjoyed immensely the Fortified wine & Haighs Chocolate experience. Great value!

Erin Legierski: Amazing service, great food, affordable and stunning views of the vineyards.

Sheree M: Such a beautiful winery!! We went on a Monday so the restaurant wasn’t open but still had a really nice cheese platter and a glass of wine. Great service. Beautiful big lawn and garden for the kids to play on. Will defs be back on a weekend!

Stephen M Gilmore: Beautiful grounds with lots of fantastic trees, a lovely rustic dining and reception area, the tasting room was cool and a calming environment, perfect for tastings. We had a great lunch surrounded by these beautiful surroundings with great food and wines. What really added to the experience was learning some of the Colletts history and how the 3 generations had developed the vineyard. An enormous credit to them all. If we ever have the opportunity to drive into Maclaren Vale then Woodstock Wines Estate will be high on our visiting list. We had such a fun day there.

Kim Hook: The wines here are exquisite!! What we tried we bought. Great Hostess, great experience!!

Erin Lardner: We went for there sanctuary feed and we had so much fun! We took our 11 month old and she loved itThe kangaroos were very gentle and we patted them heaps and the emu was very gentle

eleonora truskewycz: So impressed with the food, wine, service and hospitality given to our birthday celebrants today. Such a stunning setting. Cannot recommend Woodstock enough. It made it a very special day

Birdie 70: From the leafy lined, brick paved, meandering path and whimsical flowers to the cosy tasting room overlooking gorgeous gum trees, we knew we were in for a special experience. We were greeted by the wonderful Josie, who took us on the journey through the tasting menu. The highlight was definitely the Pilot Shiraz. The Woodstock Fortified Cabernet Sauvignon and the Muscat are spectacular!Honestly, the standard had been set so high and lunch exceeded all expectations. For entree we had the arancini, chorizo and pate. Oh my goodness… we could have licked the plates. We enjoyed looking at the beautiful gum trees through the floor to ceiling windows during our meal. The service throughout our meal was exceptional. For main we had the beef cheeks and the chicken, with the kifler potatoes. All of the meals were presented beautifully and every bite was melt-in-the-mouth delicious.Overall it was an incredibly memorable experience that we will savour. We will definitely be back.

Kathy Nygaard: For Mother's Day, my two beautiful daughters & families bought me a High Tea voucher. Their families also bought them one each, so we booked in today for 12noon. My first time visiting. What an amazing, beautiful place to have a High Tea, lunch, dinner or just a get together. Wonderful, well dressed, happy staff. We were taken to a warm pleasant room with an open window area. All rooms have a wood fire, so on this cold day, it was very cosy. Our food was presented beautifully & tasted amazing. The only criticism we had, was the thick coffee cups on a saucer was what we were going to drink our lovely tea from !! What happened to a china cup for tea ? Pots were also made of heavy pottery. For the price, it is good value but big points lost for this type of service. Must change for this high quality restaurant.

Michael Staska: Thank you so much for making mums last lunch a beautiful experience for her. Simone and the team made her experience just beautiful - pretty in pink forever. xxx Leanne and Mike Staska

andrea melville: Just spent the long weekend at Mt Lofty House . It was a special occasion.. a 60 th birthday celebration with a private dinner for 18 people . Everything was spectacular… the location .. the service .. the whole experience was above and beyond !! I really can’t speak highly enough of the high calibre of the staff .I would award 10 stars if it was possible!!!

S G: Simply Magical! We are just back from a magnificent long weekend at Mount Lofty House. Mt Lofty House is a luxury hotel with many welcoming spaces to enjoy. Our rooms were beautiful and included everything you would expect in a luxury hotel. But what made our stay stand out is the 5 star service from the Mt Lofty House team. The staff made us genuinely feel welcome and that they were keen to deliver the long weekend stay we wanted. Our stay started with Shaun from Reservations putting together a package of activities and bookings tailored exactly to what we wanted to do. And then these happened effortlessly over the weekend. Thanks Shaun, it was a delight to work with you to put together our weekend. We loved the hotel history tour run by Chris, make sure you take it when staying. Chris made us feel very welcome anytime we saw him over the weekend. Thanks Chris, we are big fans of the champagne cocktails! Our weekend included some time at the fabulous Gatekeepers Day Spa. Thanks to Claire for an outstanding massage, it was the perfect way to end a day after walking in the Mt Lofty Summit national park nearby. We also want to say a big thank you to the staff in the Piccadilly Panorama breakfast restaurant who are delightful and made sure we enjoyed the delicious breakfast each day and the staff in the Hardy's Bar and Lounge for their warm service and tasty dinner. Staying at Mt Lofty House is a must-do luxury experience with all that the Adelaide Hills has to offer on your door step.

frank ruscio: If you’re looking for a tasty, elegant meal with picturesque scenery this perfect lunch spot is unmatched. The highlight of our experience included the intimate atmosphere, which boasts inviting fire places and twinkling fairy lights that provide a comforting barrier from the winter weather. The vast vineyards and- at the risk of sounding cliché- rolling green hills can be admired from the comfort of the restaurant as well.In addition if you’re searching for a South Australia foodie experience you’re guaranteed to find it here. The fresh and flavourful food was of high quality, surprisingly tasty, and matched any other fine dining experience, minus the price tag. With no booking we were kindly offered seating by the hospitable waitress that accommodated for all our dietary requirements.
