jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

After travelling from Brisbane and receiving well below average service in competitors stores in the mall, the time spent in your store was incredibly refreshing. Firstly, the store was large with adequate room between racks for multiple people to move - coming from Melbourne this is a huge difference where usually we're all squeezing between racks. It also felt like there was far more store and range available. Secondly, customer service was impeccable.

I even went home and raved to my partner about how good the whole experience was and knew I had to leave a review. The staff were so helpful, went in looking for a specific new arrival top from Alice in the Eve and ended up walking out with two items I didn’t even know I needed.. that’s how well they did their job. Tristan was an absolute star and although I didn’t catch the name of the lady who was also helping me in the change rooms, she needs some recognition too! A big thank you to both of them!!

However I knew I didn’t have a receipt and it was a couple months old, so I wasn’t expecting anything, just wanted to ask. The woman working there exchanged it without any fight or attitude and understood that it shouldn’t have broken so quickly. I was so surprised and so happy! Definitely coming back :D

We were greeted with a friendly smile by a lovely sales assistant, Lukah who helped me find the most comfortable & flattering 501 jeans. I felt comfortable enough to share with Lukah that I recently lost a lot of weight & have been struggling to find clothes that suit my new body shape. Lukah offered me words of encouragement & gave me the confidence to try various styles & colours on until I found the perfect pair. While I was trying jeans on Lukah included my husband & asked him if he was interested in trying some 501s too. It was such a great experience, so much nostalgia wearing these jeans again! We both left Levi’s feeling really happy with our purchase & very happy with Lukah’s exceptional customer service, knowledge of Levi’s products & all round fun vibe. Thanks so much Lukah we love our 501s just as much as the ones we wore when we were cool 90s kids! We’ll definitely be back for more

Wenjing Li: Marion Kookai store is the best Kookai store I have been in Adelaide! I love the store decoration and layout, very modern, clean and stylish! The scent smells good. I was holding two items for fitting room while looking around to see other items, a staff girl saw me and offered to put them in the fitting room for me. They were very sweet and always happy to provide help anytime. I bought a blazer dress. A very pleasant shopping experience and this enlightened me for a day. Thank you Kookai team.
