Natália Nobre Mazot: for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

However I knew I didn’t have a receipt and it was a couple months old, so I wasn’t expecting anything, just wanted to ask. Paul C: I came in to DJs Rod and Gunn about a month or so ago with my son to get myself some clothing and was served by Dawn, she was amazingly helpful and caring, the service she gave us was something that I feel no longer exists these days. Her genuine input/feedback/thoughts and ideas on styling/fitment and colours was not pushy, but it was honest and insightful. She was patient and caring with my son who was restless and bored. We were greeted with a friendly smile by a lovely sales assistant, Lukah who helped me find the most comfortable & flattering 501 jeans. I felt comfortable enough to share with Lukah that I recently lost a lot of weight & have been struggling to find clothes that suit my new body shape. Lukah offered me words of encouragement & gave me the confidence to try various styles & colours on until I found the perfect pair. While I was trying jeans on Lukah included my husband & asked him if he was interested in trying some 501s too. It was such a great experience, so much nostalgia wearing these jeans again! We both left Levi’s feeling really happy with our purchase & very happy with Lukah’s exceptional customer service, knowledge of Levi’s products & all round fun vibe. Thanks so much Lukah we love our 501s just as much as the ones we wore when we were cool 90s kids! We’ll definitely be back for more

jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!
