Marc Elliott: Never shooped at a Tarocash before but was in town on vacation and dropped into the store in Rundle Mall. They had high quality items and the service was amazing. After buying a shirt there and realizing it was a bigger fit on me that I liked after getting it home, I went back to the store and let me exchange it for a smaller size with no hassle at all. jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

Sales assistant was very warm with their greeting and when they told me they didn’t have any in their current range he was incredibly helpful in recommending other places.More often than not in retail you’ll see people pushing their own agenda to meet KPI’s and budget, so it was very refreshing to have an experience where someone genuinely prioritised being helpful without an ulterior motive.
