Georgia Dornin: I cannot fault the staff at this store. They were super helpful in finding me what I needed. At the register I mentioned that a few weeks prior I tragically lost my partner at just 26 years old and the staff member was kind enough to gift me the item I was purchasing. Words cannot express how much this meant to me at such a horrible time in my life. It was the first thing to make me genuinely smile in weeks, and the compassion of the staff member and his manager was so touching. I’ll never forget this act of kindness when I needed it the most. The quality of the clothing here is phenomenal too and will last for years.

I am a regular customer at the Tea Tree Plaza Modbury store in Adelaide SA and very well known to the staff. I have been attending the store for a solid year now. My weekly to fortnightly shopping experience within the store is nothing short of incredible. The staff are very switched on with the trend. Extremely helpful in store and during the fitting rooms. During our visit at the end of the financial year, we enjoyed a generous 50% off discount. The quality of the products is excellent, and the store maintains a trendy and up-to-date inventory.

jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

When I walked in I was greeted by the lovely Emma who asked if she could help me with anything. She was friendly and welcoming and she made me feel happy to be there. I only went in for a lipstick and walked out with a few items. She was so helpful that I wanted to say WELL DONE Sportsgirl for employing such a genuine, honest and sincere employee who clearly loves her job. I'll definitely be going back to the Hyde Park store. Thank you Emma for treating me with respect and the kindness you showed me after I told you I had cancer. You really are a lovely lady.
