I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

His knowledge and willingness to share tips and spend time explaining features and answering questions was great. There was no pressure to buy and no sense anything was too much effort. Gunilla Bergrud: Did a click and collect for a set of travel luggage. It had 60% off so a really good deal. It was ready within a couple of days and as I didn't have time to pick it up, they said it was no problem at all for somebody else to collect, as long as they had a copy of my email with the order number and "ready for collection" email. The luggage looks great. Yet to be tried out.

Lilly Roxy: I got a brand new American Tourister suitcase and of course I locked it up before I could even use it. I contacted American Tourister and was given vague guidance, then contacted where I purchased it and had the same thing. My partner said for me to contact Strand Bags colonnades just to ask if they could help. I called and spoke to store manager Holly. I advised Holly I was leaving for my Holiday in 3x days and she could sense the urgency in my voice and without a breath she said 'bring it in and I'll try unlock it over the next couple of days for you when I have down time between customers ' I took it down and left my number and within 10 minutes she called me and had it unlocked. There was a possible 1000 codes and she spent the time getting all the way to the code it was locked at. I never bought the case from Strand Bag colonnades and she didn't have to help me but she did. When I was contacting Strand bags customer service they were also very helpful and were trying to help me through unlocking it. I would highly recommend Strand Bags and especially Strand bags colonnades with the store Manager Holly setting an amazing example for customer service and role model for her staff. Thankyou Holly as I was quite stressed about the case and you were amazing ✌️

蔡旻錡: I'm a traveler from Asia, I just want to choose a gift for my daughter at home in the store, so we used video to choose for a long time, but still can't decide. However, when I walked out of the store and thought about it for about ten minutes, the clerk left came out and asked me if I had stolen anything, and later said I was fine.Later, a female customer from store said that I stole while taking pictures of me, I took the initiative to open the bag in my hand. She claimed that it was in my backpack, and I opened it to her. Then she said that I might have hidden it in other places, the store owner has checked the inspector and called the police.So I decided to go into the store and wait for the police to show up to prove that I didn't steal. During the ten minutes I waited, the female kept looking at me with discriminating eyes. After she left, I asked the clerk when the police would come, and the clerk explained to me because I took the missing item before she found it, so I was suspected, but the clerk told me that the police will not come and I can leave.Although I still bought lovely presents here for my daughter.But i feel deeply that am I being suspected because I am Asian? This is really my worst experience abroad.The product is good, the clerk is nice, I'm just unhappy with the attitude of the female customer.

Melissa O'Connor: Gr8 things just very over priced typo an Kiki have some really cool stuff half the price even my 13ur old says she doesn't want to spend her pocket money there so I take them to typo but for a once every now an again things I go to smiggle if they weren't so expensive I'd shop there more but its not because it's top.of the line quality cos it isn't either ?? But cute little shop with everything the kids love
