Emeline C.: The customer service here is great! The fitters are clearly very experienced, but are also super kind, and not at all pushy for one brand, or particular style like I have seen at so many other dance shops. They respect your choices, whilst still carrying out their important jobs.
Jessica Fullwood: the inside and customer service definitely makes up for the exterior. Great parking. Entrance is grand with a wow factor. One of the best customer service experiences ever. Anna served us and went above and beyond to make sure we had 110% customer satisfaction. They gave my daughter so much attention she absolutely loved it there, she felt so special like a ballerina princess. She was so knowledgeable and helped us by giving us a bun tutorial and showing us how to wear the uniform. The shop is filled with so many adorable cute things I can’t believe they fit all that into their shop. There is a big staircase to get up to the shop. We will definitely return.

One staff member took her time and explained the sheer basics of dance shoes, how they should fit, feel, work etc.Having never shopped for dance equipment before and being a hater if shoe shopping in general, I was not prepared for such a positive experience. 10/10 reccomend them if you're a novice and want some good, easy to understand information and help.

Kav TH: Overall, our experience at the Sketchers store on a Sunday afternoon was mixed. While the staff members were friendly, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to be served, despite there being three staff members present. It felt like only one staff member was serving at any given time, leading to delays in getting assistance with our queries and making our purchases. Additionally, we noticed that many of the shoe styles we liked were unavailable in the sizes we needed. While the staff could improve by delegating work more evenly and providing more efficient customer service, their friendliness was appreciated. However, due to the time spent and limited availability of desired sizes, we may opt to visit a different Sketchers outlet in the future.

Her genuine input/feedback/thoughts and ideas on styling/fitment and colours was not pushy, but it was honest and insightful. She was patient and caring with my son who was restless and bored.
