Leonie Turner: I loved this experience. I went in for a specific pair of shoes for work, the staff were so helpful, kind, friendly and engaging. Right from the minute I walked in. I really felt the staff went to extra lengths to provide me good service, locating the size even though at first they appeared missing, we had a good laugh about it. I bought a pair of shoes, it could have been a boring mundane experience but the staff really changed that.

Kav TH: Overall, our experience at the Sketchers store on a Sunday afternoon was mixed. While the staff members were friendly, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to be served, despite there being three staff members present. It felt like only one staff member was serving at any given time, leading to delays in getting assistance with our queries and making our purchases. Additionally, we noticed that many of the shoe styles we liked were unavailable in the sizes we needed. While the staff could improve by delegating work more evenly and providing more efficient customer service, their friendliness was appreciated. However, due to the time spent and limited availability of desired sizes, we may opt to visit a different Sketchers outlet in the future.

Paul Allan: When you need quality shoes that fit properly, you need expert advice and patience. The staff here don't just sell you anything to get you out the door as quickly as possible, they go through all the available sizes and make sure your feet are comfortable. I spent about an hour with the lovely kiwi lady until I found what was the most comfortable. I ended up going with the first pair I laid my eyes on in actual fact and I tried at least half a dozen styles. These are the Wauldlaufer H-Max Crazy Horse Bear Sand Carbon which are super comfy and wide fit with a zip for easy on and off. Highly recommended 👍

My podiatrist recommended Exelero shoes and I purchased them from PodPlus. The benefits were immediate and long lasting. The lady at the Henley Beach shop in particular, was just so kind, patient, knowledgeable, gentle and caring. My sister who is elderly and has very problematic feet, said no one has ever treated her so kindly and caringly before. All the staff at both shops are so helpful and professional, but are also just so amazing and patience in trying to find the best shoe and size for my sister's feet. My sister was so happy to be given such caring, above and beyond, service and just loves her new shoes. They have both women's and men's shoes for people with feet problems, with a huge range of styles to shoe from. Just amazing staff and service by everyone.
