I really felt the staff went to extra lengths to provide me good service, locating the size even though at first they appeared missing, we had a good laugh about it. I bought a pair of shoes, it could have been a boring mundane experience but the staff really changed that.

We live up in the northeast and drove there to get some shoes.. would definitely be back - they keep a bit of a record of your kids shoe history.. much more of a personalised service judging by watching people being served who have been there many times.

Julia Spiti: I visited Athlete's Foot Burnside last week to get a pair to HOKA. Tiago helped me find the perfect pair of shoes for what I needed. I had been to other places that measure and evaluate my gait but had never really understood it. Tiago explained the different dynamics of my step and gait and I finally got it. He was knowledgeable and listened to what I needed. As long as he works there I won't go anywhere else to find exercise shoes and I have already recommended Tiago at Athlete's Foot Burnside to several friends and family.

She then brought out a selection of shoes for me to try with inserts to suit my feet. She told me the prices and at no time pushed me to buy the most expensive.
