Raquel Gilliam: Came in during Boxing Day sales and received some of the best customer service we've ever had from Shirley. The poor lady was run off her feet with many customers in the store but she was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. My mum found a pair of shoes that she loved but they didn't have her normal size. Shirley did everything in her power to try to make the larger size comfortable and ended up finding us a solution with some heel grips. Pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service we received. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!
