Joanne Brown: I ordered 2 trellis and had problems with one having to be re sent back as it had a bow in it, and the replacement also had faults with staples missing, in staples in the wrong spot and hacked up wood.However when I complained the response was very helpful and the staff did all they could to help. They were going to do a partial refund, but when they saw my photos they made another offer.They do not make the trellis, so they sorted out the problems with the manufacturer. My second bad trellis is going to be taken away, with a new one made, repainted and installed free of charge. This is much appreciated.This is a positive response as they obviously care about what their customers think I had already paid for the trellis in full so that really shows they do seriously care.Their response has taken a lot of stress off my shoulders!Thank you

They gave heaps of advice Re the French design in budget pavers which is what we were after. Then our paver installer got delayed with his previous job and Terry and Melissa held back our delivery till we could get a new installer - they also gave us contacts of some of their recommended installers.
