Placed the order over the phone, and received excellent advice from Tait on materials. The shelves were cut and neatly packaged for our collection in a couple of hours, and we were taken directly to where we could buy those weird little shelf-support things that plug into holes and no one seems to know the name of. The Hectorville crew was amazing!
