My oven has been discontinued in Australia and he was the only one in Adelaide who was able to support me to rectify the problem with compatible parts. The fee was very reasonable and the turnaround time was within 48 hours of originally contacting him. If my oven is faulty again I won't hesitate to utilise him.

Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.

Lennie Moulder: Bill Wareham was our sales consultant and was very knowledgeable.We are returning customers and thoroughly enjoyed and trusted in the previous gas heater, this time we are going for the exact same, but bigger as we have a larger area in our new build. The previous heater had a cheap plastic part for the batteries pack in the heater for the remote/thermostat, this has been upgraded and so can no longer become an issue.Great product, reasonable pricing and if you haggle a little, you CAN have a few things to "soften" the deal, wink 😉

Emmy Silvius: Went in to have my gas bottle filled and was greeted by friendly staff. David got the job done within 5 to 10 minutes. He even put the bottle in the car for me and explained the rewards of becoming a VIP member.The items in the store are very well presented, and everything is clean and tidy with plenty of room to move around 😀.
Harry KaTZ: Had an issue with the flame staying alight at one time but rang store who checked it out and replaced the whole unit. Good customer service in a warranty situation. Would definitely recommend buying from this store.
