My oven has been discontinued in Australia and he was the only one in Adelaide who was able to support me to rectify the problem with compatible parts. The fee was very reasonable and the turnaround time was within 48 hours of originally contacting him. If my oven is faulty again I won't hesitate to utilise him.

Ended up buying a 5kg Fisher & Pykel machine in good, clean condition from here for $400 with a 7month warranty & they will come to the home if anything goes wrong. It was delivered next day & the gentlemen cleaned the area which mum really appreciated as she can’t bend down and disposed of old one machine. Amazing service, friendly and efficient company to deal with.Highly recommend
Rick: I needed a spare fridge, so I bought a secondhand 9 year old Westinghouse. A week later the door hinge broke. Uggh! A known problem with the brand. They came out quickly and fixed it, in fact, better than new.A month later, The fridge stopped cooling. Damn!Once again. The tech came out next day and swapped out the thermostat and we were back in business.I guess it is, after-all, a second hand fridge, but I really can't complain about the back up service, warranty, expertise and response speed. All excellent.I'm happy. Good job. Keep it up.

Young Darcy APPROACHED ME and asked if he could be of help. Refreshing. He talked me through my options and we made a selection that was best for my needs. Recent trips to Bunnings have been less than satisfactory in the customer service area and Darcy was a breath of fresh air. I commended him to his manager. THANK YOU DARCY

Tee Jay: Loading the vehicle for a trip tomorrow when the 12v Engel lead wasn’t working. Horror! Thinking that the fault was either the 2nd battery power box, the Engel lead or the fridge, I went over the Alberton BCF to see if I could test run new leads. The staff were sensational, trying various leads and adapters in unsuccessful attempts to fix it, when it was suggested by one that it might be the fuse. Checked that at home and that was it. In my panic I’d overlooked the obvious. Instant relief and my trip is back on track and the beers will be cold. Very helpful, as always - thanks.

Heidi von Creytz: I called Tent World initially, spoke to Trevor who was very knowledgeable and professional. So, I drove out of my way, to purchase the required gear especially from him. Whilst I was there he spent extra time talking me through various items and components expertly. I noticed that he had to keep racing off to the service desk, he apologised more than once that he had to race to the front of the store. I figured the store was short staffed - hopefully management will read this note. Good people are hard to find, Trevor could deal with some support? Very happy with purchase and service provided, thanks Tent World. Will recommend and return in future for upcoming adventures!

Prem Henry: Great 'go to' place for all the DIY projects in and around the house.Almost they got all the building & garden stuffs.It is straightforward if you are sure what you need and where to find it. Otherwise, you will search the needle in the hay.It's almost hard to find a staff member when you need it, and even if you get one only 50% chance, he or she will be of any use. Alsoonly a few of them were polite and friendly.
