Elis Balzan: The Staff at Cabatec, are extremely helpful, after purchasing a Tormek T8, I found it damaged, however once I contacted the staff at Carbatec they had gone completely out of their way, they organised a new replacement which arrived a few days later. Now I'm happy using my new product. You can always rely on Carbatec to do the right thing for their customers.

Noel was extremely helpful and made the decision to grab the SawStop and Incra 1000HD right there and then along with some other goodies. Everything is working perfect and is of excellent quality and a pleasure to work with. I’ve already smashed out a few cool projects. See you down there next time soon !

He found something that would do the job and got it machined to size. Max and Maria at the Goods Return counter were also incredibly helpful and courteous, making my experience at Bunnings even more enjoyable.

Glen Heaysman: The brief - a 7m x 4m skillion roof pergola designed off plans from when our house was built 7 years ago.Taking up the challenge - Nathan from Softwoods Croydon. Great communication, great eye for detail, nothing is too much hassle. Timbers delivered to site with plenty of time to paint them prior to install.The install - Shaun, a Softwoods contractor. Practical, down to earth guy, just jumped in and got on with the job. Another great communicator and he definitely knew his stuff.The result - we're ecstatic with the result. It's opened up our outdoor area, covered with Laserlite Frost sheeting to allow plenty of light, as well as being available for all year round use.Highly recommend reaching out to Nathan at Softwoods for your next project.

The next day I got an email from Bunnings that the order has been canceled without any explanation, I’m still waiting to hear from them. Their sheets were $66.49 with a $50 delivery fee.https://www.bunnings.com.au/suntuf-3-6m-diffused-grey-solarsmart-polycarbonate-roof-sheet_p1015266I went on a google search and found Softwoods.com.au, they had the exact same product for $60.34 per 3.6 metre sheetI only needed 4 sheets for this project, but I bought 6 as I will do a little cover over the bbq one day.It just goes to show that a bit of research can save you money and help out a local store.Softwoods delivered this to Brisbane for $45.When the delivery truck turned up with a crane, I thought this will needed to be carried one sheet at a time as this is the first time using this material, but 6 sheets at 3.6 metres long isn’t that heavy, maybe 20Kg without using a scale. This material is in a roll so it’s easy to carry around and you won’t damage it.All in all, say no to the big stores and use the local bloke as they offer much better prices and the service quality is outstanding.Thanks Zenon and the team for your hard work.

Jason: I met with Jakuf with some rough dimensions of the deck area I wanted to build next to my swimming pool. Jakuf took my plans and worked out everything that I needed to complete the job. He gave me some advice on how to build the frame and lay the Trex decking. It was several months before I got to build the deck and Jakuf was still willing the provide any pointers I needed. Janet’s Journey: Great experience, enter the world of wooden toys, made onsite. Almost like entering a museum shop. Prices vary depending. Staff a friendly, if you look through the workshop you’ll see the guys at work, making the wooden toys.Lots of other toys, tourist memorabilia and of course the miniature rocking horse keepsakes.Also sells refreshments and snacks.
Mell Eren: We love visiting this South Australian icon!An affordable day out at $4 entry and $2 for a bag of food or $5 for a bucket to feed the animals! Lovely grass picnic area and playground for the grandkids!
Timothy Bormann: The Toy factory and the Rocking Horse share the same address. The toy factory was neat and I heard they make and assemble wooden toys which can be purchased from the shop. From here we purchased tickets for the animal park for $3 per person.

Hai Nguyen: I visited this place in May 2021, there was a big rock horse in the yard, next to the cafe and shop. The cafe was awesome at most affordable prices. Staffs are extremely friendly. And I really like the welcome message at the big rock horse. Amazing.
