I called them and they happily manually added it to the online order. That seems like it should be a given right? Try that with 99% of online shops and all you'll hear is crickets or "too hard". For the team at Chile Mojo it was a given and they were happy to help. I highly recommend them .

At the register I mentioned that a few weeks prior I tragically lost my partner at just 26 years old and the staff member was kind enough to gift me the item I was purchasing. Words cannot express how much this meant to me at such a horrible time in my life. It was the first thing to make me genuinely smile in weeks, and the compassion of the staff member and his manager was so touching. I’ll never forget this act of kindness when I needed it the most. The quality of the clothing here is phenomenal too and will last for years.

I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Jaxa Girl (Jaxagirl): I have been in to this store and made purchases a few times. Each time I have been there, the lady with blonde hair and an English accent has served me. She was absolutely delightful, nothing was too much trouble, and she couldn't be more friendlier. I find the prices in store quite reasonable. The products they sell are quality made, not cheap mass produced items, which is why I'm happy to pay a little more. A pleasant experience all round.
