Their workmanship was faultless and the quality of the Attic installation and skylights was also extremely high. Crispin Boxhall: We bought a Solartube about 8 months ago for a very dark corridor. It has transformed it. The corridor is now nice and light. We also had the rechargeable nightlight installed in the tube so guests could get to their bathroom. It works a treat.So much so, that we installed another in our ensuite which we have just fixed up.The units are not huge. They sit almost flush to the ceiling and look very modern. Our roof fitting is also fire zone rated.We really do like our Solartubes.

Carolyn Ruge: We asked for assistance at the information desk. A call was sent out but there wasn't any reaction. So we hunted down an employee. There were 4 of them chatting in a circle. One of them broke away and found someone from an appropriate section and HE was fabulous. Knowledgeable and obliging. Thank you whoever you are. We were 2 aisles over from what we needed.

On her badge it said she was a plumbing expert along with other areas. The badge wasn't lying. She helped us to find everything we need in the style we needed. She came to each aisle and helped us with advice and we got everything ticked off. This made it a stress-free visit for us, which was much appreciated as we also had our two young kids with us also. Jacqui is a kids expert also. She even held one of the little ones whilst giving advice.amazing woman!Such personal service in such a big store isn't common these days but Jacqui is an asset to Bunnings and if you get her you will be looked after with knowledge and a smile.Thank you

Pamela Lyon: Fabulous first-time experience. Impressive customer service. Needed timber cut into shelves, plus supports to prevent bowing in the middle. Placed the order over the phone, and received excellent advice from Tait on materials. The shelves were cut and neatly packaged for our collection in a couple of hours, and we were taken directly to where we could buy those weird little shelf-support things that plug into holes and no one seems to know the name of. The Hectorville crew was amazing!
