Winston Spitzer: The best music hall in the world to me. Small. Very small. The first time I went there I thought that I was in the wrong place. Not a concert venue, but just a bar. Nice though. But definitely no concert venue. Or so I thought. But I had come there so I decided to stay and drink a beer. It was still early in the night. When I went to the toilet after 3 beers I noticed a small stage in the back.Weird. The place in the back could be best described as very small. In my mind I could devise it into 3 pieces of equal area. The first place the stage, the second place the place for the audience. And as a third place to indicate the size of the first 2 parts. The place behind where a snooker table stood.
Carolyn B: The staff are always lovely, and our local bands are amazing and deserving of big, enthusiastic crowds.
Steven Campbell: Awesome jazz night on a Wednesday night. Plenty of cool gigs too like Peter Bibby. Also nice outdoors area and good Cooper's on tap
Loyo: Excelent music festivalAtmosphere: 5/5 …

Kids meals were quick and they were all happy with their meals.Us Adults all ordered different meals but each and every meal was delicious. From the steak which was cooked beautifully to the curry and the good old Schnitty. My mate said the Mushroom sauce was on point! Forgot to take photos of our meals :(Had half a dozen or so craft beers on tap plus Coopers on tap and plenty of other drinks to choose from. Will definitely be back!
Michael Langan: The duck apparelled was brilliant. The crumb was magic. Quick friendly service. Inside needs a bit of Oomph. The burger was also very tasty I was told.Parking: Few parks at the pub and surrounding streets.

June Woolford: What a fabulous place! Great music, super friendly people all under a historic roof. Many interesting artifacts, affordable food and beverages and some great conversations to be had here. Check it out!
Rhys Moult: Love that this iconic Adelaide institution supports local music talent. The Semaphore Workers Club hosted the University of Adelaide Elder Conservatory of Music Big Band who played some classic big band tunes. The drinks were cheap - $8 Coopers stubbies and they had cheap food too with $6 cheese toasties and $6 homemade soup.A great atmosphere, quirky and historic communist propaganda, full sized free snooker tables and homely furnishings make for a great night out with friends.
Julie Dickenson: Live Adelaide music, welcoming large venue , informal atmosphere, showcasing our local talents. Cheap drinks and pool tables are available. It's quirky and fun.
Simon Kennedy: Awesome live music 🎶 venue 😎🎺🎸🥁 🎹🎷 .Some of the best blues and rock bands have played from around the Globe and the place really rocks.Every week, Friday night and Sunday evening, amazing bands, awesome musicians, good people, well priced drinks.A hidden gem for locals but everyone is welcome. All ages but the mature crowd is chilled, until the music starts 😁🍷 Dance floor rocks💃🏻🕺🏻
Shane Parker: Great spot for bands and billiards
Rachel Burchett: An excellent venue for live music in the north of Adelaide. Quirky decor, pool tables, good value drinks and great service from the staff. Fantastic bands and people always get up and dance. Sometimes they have a sausage sizzle or some other yummy bargain eats on the front porch. And don't forget the beautiful sea views from the beer garden out front. Lovely on a sunny Sunday summer afternoon!
Sam Johnson: Bloody awesome venue. Great music and great atmosphere
Richard Lea: I love the Semaphore Workers Club, great music and great atmosphere! I wish I still lived on the Coast so as to be closer.

Charlotte Jakubowski: I came here for the vegan feast, and it did not disappoint! The entrees my partner and I shared were all scrumptious. The vegan mushroom pizza was to die for! Mouth watering phenomenon! We finished with an Oreo brownie, which satisfied every spot! To top it all off the staff were very kind and lovely. Will definitely come again. ☺️Vegetarian options: Vegan Feast

Liam Killeen: but had awesome conversation and even better drinks.Music, lighting, drink selection - everything was amazing about Baddog. Highly recommend! If you’re there, go nuts… try a Pickle Back.
Bar Peripheral: This is the best place to be in Adelaide if not Australia.
Chris Turner: Get yourself down there - it’s real good.
Damien Snell: Blues and whiskey. Excellently lit for atmosphere, vinyl records later in the night, and live music regularly.Private curved booths or a very welcoming bar to sit at - it is the sort of place you can chat to strangers quite comfortably. A very rare thing. The volume is perfectly set for coversation. I very highly recommend this one.

David Paul: Sound system was not the best yet I've seen Beats on Parade play at other gigs without sound issues. Maybe replace the cables as whenever the DJ spoke it was this inaudible high pitched shrill. Once the DJ stopped speaking it wasn't too bad despite the system cutting out on one speaker. Once it was stable, it was fine. Don't use an MC if the mics aren't working - trust me, I'm a sound engineer.
Scott Hawken: One of the nicest hotels in Adelaide with a great restaurant and bistro with excellent food and friendly staff.
Hannah Alison: Gabby was immediately welcoming, so polite and friendly to all of us, good humour too. She is good at what she does!Food was delicious and presented really nicely.Tables were set up nicely, and was comfortably warm even though it’s freezing outside. My daughter had had her first taste of chocolate and approved.. Vegetarian options: I had 2 vegetarian appetisers and both were delicious and decent portions. I noticed a few v/gf options on the menuKid-friendliness: I thank Gabby again for how nice she was to my daughter, immediately getting her a high chair and offering plastic cups without me even asking. Always saying hello when she came to the table. She is a sweetheart and made our experience more than beautiful.Sorry about the mess on the table! 😝
Tom Reed: Good selection of beers, wines and spirits, great vibe.
