Dan: Very good card knowledge. Very friendly staff!

Dang Nguyen: Ordered a large amount of cards from here. Everything was mint/ near mint and packaged well. Also, delivery was quick and good communication in response to enquiries. Highly recommend!!!

M T: Good Games recently moved to Grenfell Street in the CBD and it’s fantastic! The trading card and games store has a great area for tabletop games and runs plenty of special events. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Definitely worth a visit!

Jacopo Guidone: Top friendly staff , good quality products and very well organized buy and selling single cards service

Allan Beecroft: Very friendly and professional staff. Great stock

Callan Gregg: A wonderful group of friendly people always willing to help with any card requests. Always an excellent selection of single cards at great prices, and always good quality. Plenty of products for anyone looking for anything card related. But the attentive and joyful service is why I keep going back! Other than the addiction of card collecting 😜

Jason Hamler: Solid selection of products, loads of events for different games, and great staff.

Gabriel: Best place to play and buy singles on CBD

Laura: Good range with frequently updated stock, and super friendly staff who were happy to help me as a relatively new MtG player.I turned up alone to one of their free play sessions on a Wednesday afternoon with a precon commander deck, and was able to join a group of 3 players. Even though I was clearly crashing a regular game between old friends, they were really nice and helped me learn my deck through a few games. It was nice to feel welcomed into a community that can appear quite intimidating from the outside!

Songheng Zeng: New location is great. The shop is tidy. Bathroom is clean. Staffs are nice. Personals with terrible behaviour are banned from entering the store. Can’t complain!

K K: Always a bit of a environmental compromise considering this venue is one of the very few that remain open until 5am every night. The chairs have started tearing and the coffee machine was being cleaned at 3am which was a little bit earlier than I’d have expected for a late shut venue. Staff friendly enough. Security polite and opened door for us. General sketchy pokie heads in attendance as usual at this type venue.Parking: At 3am it’s easily obtained. During day time it’s a tricky place to get parking in vicinityWheelchair accessibility: Yes

Debra Fraser: Birthday lunch for Dad’s birthday and Father’s Day combined. We had both never been to McQueens tavern before so was looking forward to a new dining experience. Walked into a huge front bar area, then proceeded through to the bistro. Helpful lady took our details for booking and directed us to our booth. Large bistro area with a many tables and chairs along with about 5 booths. Booth was spacious and a view over the dining room. Orders a bottle of Wolf Blass Red label Chardonnay and we both couldn’t decide what to eat from the extensive menu. We opted for the Tikka Kebabs skewered with onion and capsicum and chargrilled. The 3 generous skewers came drizzled with Tikka sauce, rice, grilled flat bread, small bowl of extra Tikka sauce and a refreshing mint yoghurt dip. Wow we were impressed with this scrumptious meal. We both struggled to eat it all as was quite deliciously filling. Highly recommend and we will be back to try another dish from the menu. Lovely and friendly customer service to top it off. 5 stars 🌟Parking: Many parking spots

Kate Schneider: We went here for dinner last night and I can't fault it....my husband had oysters natural and I had oysters Kilpatrick well done for starters and both were superb. My husband had beef snitzel and gravy and the snitzel hung over his plate and was melt in the mouth delicious and I had pumpkin salad which consisted of hours, roast pumpkin, cauliflower and brussel sprouts with baby spinach leaves, olives, toasted almonds and feta cheese with a mustard vinaigrette and 2 triangles of toasted pita and I added the chicken to it which was char grilled and juicy.... I have never had a better salad in my life....we will most definitely be returning for another meal...price was excellent with start, main and a drink each for only $107.10 😛😛😛 highly recommendVegetarian options: Pumpkin saladKid-friendliness: Kids meals are huge

Talia: Bree and Scarlett!!! Amazing, absolute best bartenders, amazing vibes love love love

Heather Jacobs: is THE BOMB!!It was fun being able to play a few games of chess and talk banter with the bar team... Thank you go a lovely evening 😍😍My only criticism would be the lack of Worcestershire sauce, causing no opportunity for a Bloody Mary!!

moves: Friendly staff and amazing cocktails

Sarah Avery: We found this bar on a night out and wow!! It’s such a cute place! Perfect for video game lovers! The cocktails are Pokémon themed and there are share cocktails too! They are reasonably priced and delicious! The staff are very friendly and they give you tokens for the arcade machines! The machines work well and have a range of retro games! I highly recommend coming here on your next night out 💚💚

Decklan Milne: and the drinks menu expansive. We had the Shy Guy, Yoshi and Bowser cocktails, all of them delicious. Added bonus of the Arcade machines and tokens offerer when you order drinks! Definitely a different vibe to the crowded area and worth a stop if you enjoy anything nerd related.

KURTIS SKUSE: The best place! I go here every single weekend and I always enjoy their drinks! I love the drink and arcade combo. It’s such good buzz! I’m besties with the workers and the owner so it’s always fun surprising them every weekend when I walk up in the bar! I’ve made so many friends there so I’m in always vibing when I walk out since it gets me hyped for a huge night of clubbing. Love you guys! ❤️

Gabbie Brown: Loved it, staff were amazing and super friendly/knowledgeable, and every drink we sampled was delicious. Will definitely be a regular there once WFH ends, only criticism is they're not open during lunch break

Luke B: Pretty different from. Anything else. Japanese inspired bar with video games to play. Fun!

Ashley Cross: Awesome service. Great atmosphere and drinks.

Steven Kitchen: There for the meat trays and pokiesWon 2 weeks agoBut last night peanutsBut good companyWill be back

Cynthia Davies: Atmosphere: 5/5

Kurt Johansen: Great spot we found today. Ok, it's not 5 stars, but it is if you are looking for a quiet getaway beer and meal. I had the Lambs Fry and Mash, delicious. $23, which included a soft drink or coffee. I chose to hand the ticket to a mate and stayed with the $7 West End Pints. My mates went for the usual meals of fish and the burger. We will be back.

i Darts Adelaide: what do users think?

Keith Templar: I went to idarts via a recommendation from my friend and wow this place is something special. i Darts is the only place in Adelaide that has Dartslive 2 which is an electronic dartboard with all different types of game modes like 01, count up, cricket and some fun and wacky party games. you can play by yourself or go with a bunch of friends which is what I did when I recently visited. As far as gameplay goes believe the hype this is the most fun you'll have playing darts whether you've never played before or are a veteran of the game. There are plenty of cabinets so if you have groups you can play with multiple groups at the same time, also you can buy an ic card to save your scores if you want to keep playing which I highly recommend and also buy your own set of darts as well, just be aware that you will need to use soft tip darts if you want to bring some from home. There are also karaoke rooms with boards in them so if you want to do karaoke you have that option as well, the menu has a good variety and the drinks are solid. Overall it's a great place to hang out and playing with my friends there was awesome, I highly recommend giving them a try.

Jude Hunter: Been a fan of the prestigious Idarts for many months now, finally got my mates to come out and experience the holy venue. The Idarts mango colada is possibly the greatest alcoholic beverage ever created, it hits different.Darts are pretty fun, got rolled in Yum Yum and Survivor which sucked. Didn't get to sling some J-pop on the karaoke deck but will do next time.Do yourself a big favour, go get some DingHao before hand to complete the elusive Ding and Darts experience. 10/10 Recommend

Kyle Ware: If you need somewhere to go do something fun in town and you’re at a loss this is the place to go.Saved the mood of a work get together for me a couple times now.Yippee!

Grace C: I've been here a number of times including frequenting the weekly games on a Monday and the staff are ALWAYS awesome and friendly and the food never has disappointed.Great atmosphere, I hope this place stays.Great gaming hub for hard core gamers or for dates and get together.

John Redmond: Cozy and fun place to catch up with friends. They have a large selection of boardgame, and the staff were helpful in suggesting options. We enjoyed the privacy of the private booths, was cozy and not too loud. The food was not amazing, the burger and beer was good, but the pizza and chips were not very good.A great place to try out some games. We had a nice night playing cascadia and wavelength.

Kartavya Mengar: games and food! whats there not to love?been here a couple times and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. service can be slow at times but the deliciousness of the food makes up for it. $10 pp for board games but it’s not compulsory to play.Kid-friendliness: Suitable for all ages.Wheelchair accessibility: 2 story building, unsure if the top two floors are wheelchair accessible.

Iain McGregor: Great pub!Popped in before seeing a movie with the kids.Food was excellent and reasonably priced. We were served quickly, but it got quite busy before we left.Staff excellent, friendly and understanding towards three kids waiting for lunch.

julie sandford: A great hidden gem in Adelaide! We have dined here multiple times, great value for money and excellent service.I would highly recommend this for a cheeky catch up with friends or a meal with family .Added bonus is Kilkenny on tap!

alec tibbitts: The crumbed fish was huge and luckily, I had ordered one piece not two. The other meals people at the table had were the Thai red curry from the specials, the crispy chicken burger and the crumbed prawns. All of the meals were good. There is a wide selection of beers on taps, as there was before the renovation. I’m sure there are plenty of other drinks available too - both alcoholic and non-alcoholic.As for the atmosphere, since the renovation, pretty much all surfaces are hard and although it wasn’t that busy, the noise was overwhelming. The music was quite load and patrons were having to shout to be heard. It was the one part of the night which really spoiled the experience.

Ryder Formosa: I Came in last Wednesday night and was greeted by a young lady who introduced herself to me as Ellah. She was very kind and thoughtful towards my needs and thoughts, she waited patiently for me to pick what meal i wanted as there were so many great choices. She recommended the cheesy garlic bread and chicken parmy as it was one of her personal favs. Overall staff were very friendly, beautiful, and facilities were very modern.

Joseph Gajzler: Not good in the matter of room temperature. Also disappointed with Fiona supervisor. She let are sits the in freezer temperature. When we ask for adjustments she refused with very silly excuses. Obviously not very technicaly inform or knowledgeble. Typical situation is that in the summer is freezing cold and in the winter everybody is sweating of heat. Big disappointment specially when gaming room won awards of"best gaming room"in Adelaide. This situation let as things twice if we come back any more. Nobody wants to go home sick and stress with supervisor argumental nature.

Mark Mywords: and had a distinctive smell that I could smell before it came to my table. The taste was initially fishy and over seasoned, and I wasn't sure I'd made the right decision. However, it was delicious and filling. I feel I must describe the smell and taste, and it was basically the smell of an Asian grocer, that odd fermented, spicy, musty, 'museum-ey' smell. It wasn't unpleasant, just different, and I enjoyed it.Staff are friendly and attentive, with full table service a refreshing surprise. Chilled table water was promptly served, but I followed it up with a Margarita

Pratik Christian: Boasting sophisticated black and white styling with raw timber cladding and a white marble bar, the Queen Street Ballroom provides a chic backdrop for any style of event.Complementary in-house facilities: Exclusive bar, screen, projector with HDMI connectivity, cordless microphone and audio with smart device connectivity.Food is really good. I would highly recommend to try here if you are a true foodie. However, in terms of prices it's expensive. Overall I had a good experience.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian available

Kylie McLeod: This was a fantastic place for my daughter's 30th birthday. It's a gorgeous place, with a nice vibe and the Queen Street Ballroom came up beautifully with cosmic themed decorations.Their food was delicious, not the average finger food selection but still some good options for those with sensitive or less adventurous food needs. The staff were awesome, very friendly and nothing was too much trouble.Would definitely use this venue again.

Tan Me Baby: I’ve eat here and enjoyed takeaway a few times and figure it’s time for a review. The food each and every time has been delicious. I’ve enjoyed the Green Veggie Laksa many times, the Malaysian Chicken Curry and on my last visit the Sambal Char Kueh Tiaw and the Slow-cooked Lamb Shank and they are now the clear front runners. It was very quiet in the dining room as it was a mid week evening but perhaps some louder background music is a good idea as the two other groups inside were very loud and it took over the whole venue. The team are friendly and have always shown us a lovely time.On the downside, more attention on the cleanliness of the bathrooms needs to be prioritised. It wasn’t a great experience.I do also like that their menu items offer a wine pairing suggestion and there are a good range of GF options.

Claire Page: Lovely historic hotel. It has been decorated very nicely inside. We had the whole place to ourselves when we went for lunch on a Sunday around 1.30pm. The service was very good and attentive. We had steaks which were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Parking is free in the street right out the front. You have to go down some steps to get to the main bar so it is not fully accessible but they have attempted to at least make the dining area and entrance wheelchair accessible.

The staff was lovely, friendly and bent over backwards to make sure we had an exceptional experience. The food was good, the menu varied, the prices reasonable, and the serving sizes were huge!Unfortunately we were sat next to a family who had an elderly member who was hard of hearing, and they spoke really loudly when talking to her, which was like something from Fawlty towers. But that wasn't the fault of the restaurant. I wish they had requested a table away from other diners though. We were were placed in front of a huge window with lots of light, and our lunch was otherwise great.I've added a picture of my entree sized fish and chips, which was enough for a main even after I had eaten some of it. The children's menu portions are a similar size.Kid-friendliness: This place is fantastic for kids - the menu is great and the staff is accommodating.

The wing night here is unparalleled, though I must advise you to place your order in advance to avoid disappointment. As for the other culinary offerings on different evenings, one might say they vary in quality, but the wings—ah, you simply cannot go wrong with wings night. It's a culinary certainty. The pub itself exudes a charming local ambiance, complete with a fine selection of Australian beers. During the winter months, when the fire crackles warmly, it becomes a haven for convivial gatherings and heartfelt conversations.
