Bev Kenley: Huge thanks to Dr Bruce his nurse and nursing staff for the excellent care given to our Harvanese âJimmyâ recently. Jimmy had two operations to correct a misshapen front leg. The first an Ulnar ostectomy . The second correction involved help from an English specialist who paired with Dr Bruce for a Angular limb deformity correction. We couldnât be happier with the results. We thank Dr Bruce for his extraordinary skill and expertise in performing these extremely difficult operations. We also thank the staff for their care and devotion to Jimmyâs well being.

She was a tricky case and they persevered with us for close to a year until she had cleared everything. Sheâs now a perfectly happy and healthy cat. They really care about your petâs welfare and will discuss different treatment options where available and outline any risks to make sure youâre comfortable with a treatment plan. Always find them excellent, never order unnecessary tests, always answer questions concisely so we understand and are transparent around costs. When we need repeat scripts we usually get them sent to pharmacy the same day we request and the fee is very reasonable.I have a rottie and itâs hard finding a vet who isnât afraid of him because of his breed and theyâre always fantastic.

I cannot thank Vet Samantha first for her care and attention which she found a few little issues with Rosie which we will follow through when we get back home in a few months. But I am absolutely grateful to Michael who was gone above and beyond to help us with obtaining a prescription of drugs to help Rosie on her travels. He tried to obtain all of the weds yesterday from another vet but they was not able to help. So Michael went this morning in his own time to collect them from the supplier then deliver them for us to pick up at 9am. Micheal did not start work until 12 noon. We had to leave the camp-site at 10am today. We are so very grateful for your care and dedication to your role in caring for animals as well as there owners. John King: A great team of caring professionals who looked after my best buddy , my young cat Elliott who needed emergency treatment. They provided immediate attention and followed up on his progress later. Without that level of care and advice Elliott would not be the picture of health he is today. They also showed empathy towards myself as I was upset at the thought of losing him. Highly recommended.

Bev Hocking: The staff were lovely, efficient and caring. The vet was fantastic. We were caring for a friends beagle when the dog caught his ear and tore it 4cm long. Bet bandaged the ear and recommended we have it stitched at our own vet to save money, which we did. Vet put our mind at rest and gave us good advice. Iâm grateful we have an emergency vet we can call upon!! They were great. A good experience.

Elizabeth McFarlane: took her away to check her vitals and ascertain problem. It turned out she had a burst anul gland. It was a very busy night and lots of emergency cases came in. As my dog was not in immediate danger I waited till 12.20am and didn't get to see a vet because of emergency cases taking place. The nurse and lady on reception were very helpful to me and also caring about my dog. I went back on Sunday morning and saw Dr Jacobs who was very professional and friendly explaining everything in detail to me and prescribing anti biotics. This is somewhat a long review but I now have a better understanding of how this organisation operates and will never complain about wait times. I have no hesitation in recommending Adelaide Emergency to anyone who has a pet who is in dire need of medical attention. Well done all of you from reception , nurse and vets. Thanks a million for taking such good care of my Izzy and me. Cheers

Erin Williams: Took my girl Bear this evening after a trip to the beach gone wrong, she was limping quite badly. With her helathy pets plus membership, I can access an emergency vet after hours for a co supt at no cost, so it was fantastic to be able to take her and get peace of mind. It turned out to be a sprained toe, after a shot to cover for inflammation, she was good to go home! Staff were absolutely lovely, and the vet was patient with all my 15,000 questions, and wonderful with Bear.

Elisabeth Bittner: They cared beautifully for our darling boy Sam, a Bull Arab x, who was diagnosed with Diabetes and Cushings disease. He was very sick and was often at the AEC weekly for appointments and procedures. Sam unfortunately passed away from his conditions. We will never forget the kindness we received and quality of care that Sam was given by all the doctors and nurses here. They are an amazing team.
