I cannot thank Vet Samantha first for her care and attention which she found a few little issues with Rosie which we will follow through when we get back home in a few months. But I am absolutely grateful to Michael who was gone above and beyond to help us with obtaining a prescription of drugs to help Rosie on her travels. He tried to obtain all of the weds yesterday from another vet but they was not able to help. So Michael went this morning in his own time to collect them from the supplier then deliver them for us to pick up at 9am. Micheal did not start work until 12 noon. We had to leave the camp-site at 10am today. We are so very grateful for your care and dedication to your role in caring for animals as well as there owners. All pricing is fully transparent and clearly listed on their website. The team is incredibly professional and friendly. Dr. Andrew is outstanding—he doesn’t just present options to the customer but has the confidence to suggest the best course of action that aligns with the best interests of both the pet and their owner.Pinot underwent bladder stone surgery at Walkerville Vet and has been on a prescription diet since. Dr. Andrew consistently follows up on Pinot’s progress and addresses any other issues that arise. She was a tricky case and they persevered with us for close to a year until she had cleared everything. She’s now a perfectly happy and healthy cat. They really care about your pet’s welfare and will discuss different treatment options where available and outline any risks to make sure you’re comfortable with a treatment plan. We couldn't recommend them enough.

Our sister clinic AAERC offers 24 hour emergency care with an experienced and dedicated team of emergency veterinarians and qualified nurses. Located at 119 Anzac Highway, Kurralta Park SA 5037.
Our aim is to provide a comprehensive vet service accessed by referral from general practice veterinarians. We treat animals with severe, complex or protracted medical conditions requiring specialised equipment or expertise beyond that found in a general veterinary practice, much the same as specialist medical services available for humans. Bev Kenley: Huge thanks to Dr Bruce his nurse and nursing staff for the excellent care given to our Harvanese ‘Jimmy’ recently. Jimmy had two operations to correct a misshapen front leg. The first an Ulnar ostectomy . The second correction involved help from an English specialist who paired with Dr Bruce for a Angular limb deformity correction. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We thank Dr Bruce for his extraordinary skill and expertise in performing these extremely difficult operations. Always find them excellent, never order unnecessary tests, always answer questions concisely so we understand and are transparent around costs. When we need repeat scripts we usually get them sent to pharmacy the same day we request and the fee is very reasonable.I have a rottie and it’s hard finding a vet who isn’t afraid of him because of his breed and they’re always fantastic.

As mentioned Ollie is 11 and has only ever been to one vet surgery, so he was obviously a little confused but by the time we had finished there I could tell he was quite happy, may have something to do with the liver treats!! No problems with recommending this surgery.

Linda Adler: We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved nearly 16 year old labrador Miley at very short notice. It was a Sunday and fortunately the clinic could accommodate us very quickly. A beautiful room was prepared for our arrival and the lovely Tara greeted us with warmth and compassion and explained to us what was going to transpire. As you would expect we were extremely fragile and distraught, but we knew in our hearts this was the right time to say goodbye. Dr Emily the veterinary surgeon greeted us and wanted to know a lot about Miley’s life with us, as the clinic was not the usual clinic that Miley went to. Miley was made comfortable on a lovely soft blanket and the four of us sat and talked, kissed and cuddled her as Dr Emily explained exactly what was going to happen. When the time came, Miley gently went to sleep and is now on the rainbow bridge happily running in the rolling hills. Tara arranged for the AWL to collect her so we could have her ashes returned to us in a beautiful wooden box. A few days later we collected her ashes from the lovely Kelsey at the clinic. We also received a beautiful sympathy card from the clinic, as well as paw and nose prints and locks of her fur. We couldn’t recommend Dr Emily and the lovely staff at Adelaide Vet Trinity Gardens highly enough! Thank you so much for looking after all of us.
SHIKYRA lee: I came in on a Thursday extremely distraught and terrified as my cat was unwell, she is my world and my only family I have. I didn't know what to expect when I went in. Straight away they rushed her in for an examination and I sat in a separate room they gave me updates on how she was and explained what their process was I was comforted by all staff. They understood and didn't make me feel embarrassed for having a bit of a break down. All staff amazing, I truly felt they went above and beyond for my baby girl and I'm extremely grateful. Dr. Steel did my cats examination and with her knowledge she made an educated guess on what the issue was most likely to be straight away and was right. My cat is back to 100% and her only issue is her attitude because because i wont let her fight a lizard that I have in my back yard. Thank you to all staff ❤️

I live at Richmond and will drive the distance to see these amazing people in Blackwood which shows how much I think of them! In my years of going there, I have not once received bad service. The vets are incredibly caring and informative about what needs to be done, or what action needs to take place next. The prices are what I'd expect from a quallity vet, so I don't mind paying what is required for the service and health of Mollie. They have been understanding when times have been tough. The girls at reception are super friendly and try and help as much as they can, always referring to the vet if in doubt about something. It's as if everyone there knows "Mollie" on a personal level! Haha. Brilliant veterinary service. I highly recommend them!

Kirsty Wigg: We love the Parade Vet! The staff are always so friendly and professional, and it's so amazing that they always have an appointment available when we need it - which is usually on the day! There isn't much parking but I can always get a close park on the street.

Bev Hocking: The staff were lovely, efficient and caring. The vet was fantastic. We were caring for a friends beagle when the dog caught his ear and tore it 4cm long. Bet bandaged the ear and recommended we have it stitched at our own vet to save money, which we did. Vet put our mind at rest and gave us good advice. I’m grateful we have an emergency vet we can call upon!! They were great. A good experience.

Elizabeth McFarlane: took her away to check her vitals and ascertain problem. It turned out she had a burst anul gland. It was a very busy night and lots of emergency cases came in. As my dog was not in immediate danger I waited till 12.20am and didn't get to see a vet because of emergency cases taking place. The nurse and lady on reception were very helpful to me and also caring about my dog. I went back on Sunday morning and saw Dr Jacobs who was very professional and friendly explaining everything in detail to me and prescribing anti biotics. This is somewhat a long review but I now have a better understanding of how this organisation operates and will never complain about wait times. I have no hesitation in recommending Adelaide Emergency to anyone who has a pet who is in dire need of medical attention. Well done all of you from reception , nurse and vets. Thanks a million for taking such good care of my Izzy and me. Cheers

My poor boy has a lot of health issues, and they've gone above and beyond each time, to make sure he's back on the track to good health. They're also the only vets he's ever visited where he doesn't suffer a panic attack just walking in the door. In fact, they manage to keep him very calm. I can't recommend them enough your family.
