Deanna Power: We hosted a day 2 wedding event at the Gallery rooftop and the service on the day and prior was flawless. James, Alice and Alex were all incredible to work with, honest and helpful. We were fortunate enough to have fantastic weather which allowed the roof to be open on the rooftop which enhanced the atmosphere further. The food was timely and we received countless compliments on the quality. Can’t wait to host our next event at this stunning venue!Thanks Gallery Team!

Foil Me: We held our Foil Me 10 Year Birthday party in the gorgeous Waymouth Room last night and there is still so much buzz around this party from our followers. The food was delicious. the room is absolutely stunning and the vibe felt wonderful, warm and welcoming. Massive should out to James, our host, and his team for excellent service. We can not recommend this venue enough!Parking: The Topham Mall parking lot is only metres away and reasonably priced.
Emily C: Recently hosted a work event here, and the staff were amazing with catering to all of our requests and changes etc, they made the planning process so easy and were very accommodating. Great flexibility with food and drink options too, and very reasonable pricing for everything. The staff on the night ensured everything ran smoothly and were so helpful. Would definitely choose the venue for an event again!

Staff are super attentive to their patrons and their pizza is delicious!This place has become a regular office lunch spot! We love it and the awesome staff! I’d give ten stars if I could!

Irene: Walked in on the off chance of grabbing a meal before football game. While most tables were pre booked for later on, we were offered a table and were able to order our meals. Thankyou to the lovely bar attendant who went out of the way to accommodate us.Had the chicken schnitzel and burger and we couldn't eat them fast enough.Fresh ingredients, so nice to get a decent salad and a full plate of food.Highly recommend.
Chris Pac: My burger was very partially cooked/quite uncooked in the middle so I sent it back. It was cold in the middle, like out of the fridge or something, and virtually raw. Whilst it was replaced it, no worries the server behind the bar did say “usually we cook them a bit pink.”It was a beautiful thick patty, but bloody cold in the middle and raw. Undercooked in the middle can happen to anyone but no need to try and justify it to me like its normal. Ive probably had a dozen there. Would’ve given five out of five if they had replaced it without comment. Only gave a 4 for service instead of 3, out of respect for past performance.My replacement was terrific and I really enjoyed it.I have a photo, but can’t work out how to upload it cause no option given. m scholz: for my late mother in the Heritage Room, which is wonderfully atmospheric. All of the guests remarked on the choice and quality of the food and the attentive wait service. The bar service was also efficient and friendly. The event went off smoothly without a hitch. Unlike many other hotels, we were not charged for the room and not locked into a fixed menu or minimum spend, so value-for-money was excellent. I highly recommend this heritage pub and its hard-working staff who try hard to please

Pejman Babaei: Great taste of food in such a cosy restaurant. We visited this place on a special occasion, and we enjoyed having a nice and tasty dinner. We asked to be sited beside the window which had an amazing view of colorful sky. "Scotch Fillet" & "Seared Kangaroo Loin" were more than tasty as main courses along with delicious entrée and dessert. The staff was super friendly and tried her best to deliver the best customer service.

We enjoyed a long lunch, selecting the ‘feed me’ menu, which allowed us to sample several shared dishes, which we complemented with brilliantly recommended wines and rounded off with divinely crafted cocktails. 2KW excelled in every aspect of the culinary journey, however the absolute standout was the customer service provided by the front of house team, in particular Lisa, who delivered outstanding attention to detail, expertly balanced with knowledge, warmth and professionalism. It is evident that the team at 2KW take great pride in their work, and this translates to a superior dining experience in every aspect. 👏👏

Definitely recommend checking this rooftop getaway bar! 2KW was a stand out for me, for the 2 nights spent in the city checking out a few different venues. Most memorable experience was 2KW!! Shae Desmet: From the atmosphere to the food, everything was impeccable. Came here to try it out for the first time while we were scoping venues for a small work dinner. The food was incredible and our service by Arthur and the waitresses just made us smile. We even popped into the gaming room on our way out to put a tenner in the pokies and the lady in there gave us incredible service too! We were looking for an event space and instead have found a new spot for date night. Thank you to all the staff!

David Eccles: Pros: Nice looking and well placed venue. Food was good and staff were friendly for our seminar. After being asked they remembered to put out soy milk reliably. Water at the tables was refilled in between every break at the seminar.Cons: I found the lights were too 'warm' for a conference, which was occasionally hard on the eyes, but may be better for a wedding. The projector was a touch subpar and definitely lost critical detail on a few slides with diagrams. The food was generally reasonable but they missed my vegan dietary preference and had no options on one of the later days.EDIT on 6/6/24 - no worries, I understand there are multiple sides chains in a link. I response to the explanatory n prompt response from the owner I have popped the rating up from 3 to 4 stars. have a good day.

Paul Kitching: My wife and I decided to have a night away in our own town and this was perfect - brilliant to be so well located to everything. Easy check in and great service. Lovely room too with the loft set up - loved the high ceilings and no issue having the bed upstairs. Massive comfy bed... Lovely team members at every turn. Drinks at bar not cheap but worth it... then a nice easy stroll to dinner nearby... and loved the late 11am check out + fact we could leave our bag there for the day whilst we spent the day in town... so overall yes this was brilliant and would book again. ta!

It’s stylish with art nouveaux design that oozes comfortable luxury unlike many boring hotels that I find lack personality.The rooms are lovely, beds super comfy, showers almost too good-I didn't want to get out! Then there's the bath- it's deep and has a waterfall tap, absolute bliss to have a relaxing soak in after a stressful day. Another thing I really love is their vanity. It's actually a decent length, you can happily display all of your various make-up, hair & toiletry items easily. This is incredibly rare and you're often lucky to have enough room for a toothbrush and have to keep moving toilet bags from the floor..we'll, not here😁 Plus the bathroom light has a dimmer and one of those reversible make-up magnifier mirrors.The chaise lounge finishes off the room nicely with the only potential thing I can think of that wasn't perfect was that I walked into the overhanging light a couple of times but really, it wasn't a problem and I loved the light fixture and table set-up.The staff were all lovely and really helpful and the Manager was great to talk to. Even the cleaning staff happily greeted me whenever I saw them.Make sure you try a complimentary chocolate orange shot while you're there. You help yourself and it's just the Reception desk. It's so rich & delicious and again, another lovely extra touch.The cocktails from the bat were also great and although I didn't get the chance to dine in their restaurant-Luna, it has a great local reputation for breakfast as well as lunch/dinner.I loved everything about this hotel.😁Safety: I went online to an Adelaide group and asked about safety walking around at 7am. All feedback was it was safe and I did it every day and felt completely safe.

Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful, keen to share local knowledge and give advice to a first time Adelaide visitor. I was upgraded to a suite which was very unexpected. Bed was dreamy and bathroom was luxe. Hope I get to visit again. Thankyou for a wonderful stay!

The venue is awesom with a great view of the beach. Highly recommend this place for any function you are having.We will be back again.

Nicolle Harvey: This venue was the most perfect setting for our special day! Highly recommended for any brides/grooms out there wanting the perfect reception location! With beach views and gorgeous sunsets in the heart of Glenelg, why wouldn't you. The food was amazing and the selection of drinks was great. The events team ensured the night ran like clockwork and there was plenty of parking and accommodation close by for guests.
Ina Peluso: I would like to highly recommend the function room @ the beach house for any function. I had my daughter's 21st there. The location and the room is fantastic and the view is breathtakingly beautiful but the biggest highlight would have to be the amazing staff. They were absolutely fantastic. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They went over & beyond being helpful. Their attention to detail was impeccable and they were all so lovely. Rebecca, Kelsey, Aine & all the staff working that night all should be highly commended for their professional manners & work ethic. It was all perfect, the food was delicious and looked like it came out of the master chef kitchen. I would highly recommend this venue for any special occassion.it will certainly be a memorable experience. Thank you all very much

Kylie Heritage: We hosted my Sister's Hens Night at Hotel Richmond for Dinner and then used their private room to host a Burlesque class with our nearest and dearest.Lizzie was so fantastic at her job and looked after us so well from booking to even on the night. The venue is so classy and gorgeous & conveniently located in the city + the food was delicious, the service team were excellent and we just had an absolute blast! Raoul Antonio: Excellent place to stay. Customer service is superb. Rooms are big, well equipped and quiet. Each room has a terrace looking out to Adelaide hills. Small but great dining area and bar. If you want a larger dining or bar you can use next door HotelMotel or Alba hotel. They are all part of same group and service continues to excel. Tram is close by and you can access Rundle mall and CBD easily. If you like to jog/ run or just want greenery you just cross the road to a huge parkland. Close to airport too! Highly recommended.
