Raquel Gilliam: Came in during Boxing Day sales and received some of the best customer service we've ever had from Shirley. The poor lady was run off her feet with many customers in the store but she was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. My mum found a pair of shoes that she loved but they didn't have her normal size. Shirley did everything in her power to try to make the larger size comfortable and ended up finding us a solution with some heel grips. Pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service we received. Thanks Shirley!

Kav TH: Overall, our experience at the Sketchers store on a Sunday afternoon was mixed. While the staff members were friendly, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to be served, despite there being three staff members present. It felt like only one staff member was serving at any given time, leading to delays in getting assistance with our queries and making our purchases. Additionally, we noticed that many of the shoe styles we liked were unavailable in the sizes we needed. While the staff could improve by delegating work more evenly and providing more efficient customer service, their friendliness was appreciated. However, due to the time spent and limited availability of desired sizes, we may opt to visit a different Sketchers outlet in the future.

Neil Soriano: I just had to share the incredible experience I had at your Rundle Mall store, thanks to Taz! ❤️A few months ago, I bought a pair of New Balance shoes for my Europe trip. Unfortunately, during the trip, the shoes developed an in-seam rip, and I had to do a quick fix to get by. I no longer had my receipt and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to claim any warranty assistance.On Monday, September 9, 2024, I visited the Platypus store at Rundle Mall, where Taz came to the rescue. She was not only super understanding but also incredibly helpful. Taz managed to track down my receipt and reassured me that I could bring the shoes back whenever I was ready.I was actually wearing the shoes that day but wanted to clean them up before returning them. As I was leaving, Taz called me back, noticing I had the shoes on and told me it was no problem. She even offered to exchange them for a new pair right on the spot—even though they weren’t exactly fresh at the time! Her friendly attitude and willingness to help completely put me at ease.Taz turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. I’m so grateful for her amazing customer service and will definitely be returning to the Rundle Mall Platypus store for my next pair of shoes. Thank you, Taz, for going above and beyond!
Mark Bourne: This is for the Myer Centre store inside to the side on the ground floor. I went back after buying a hat with a super helpful girl there, encouraging me to go back there to get some shoes a few weeks later. Great service again, helped me find the right shoe for me and made no issue of running between stores to make sure I could try my size. Not sure of her name, short blonde haired girl, super pleasant. I'll be back! Good stuff - Keep it up.

It’s definitely a place where comfort meets style.Upon reading several of the negative reviews I can understand why they may be misunderstood. I think going for retraining in customer service would be the best move forward just to get a refresher on things.Overall I sensed that they do love and understand footwear and truly are the experts when it comes to shoes and socks.

We live up in the northeast and drove there to get some shoes.. would definitely be back - they keep a bit of a record of your kids shoe history.. much more of a personalised service judging by watching people being served who have been there many times.

Natália Nobre Mazot: for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Anyway long story short i did indeed need to try on another pair, and they were so helpful, paitent and prompt... I have my shoes and i didnt leave the house.
