Neil Soriano: I just had to share the incredible experience I had at your Rundle Mall store, thanks to Taz! ❤️A few months ago, I bought a pair of New Balance shoes for my Europe trip. Unfortunately, during the trip, the shoes developed an in-seam rip, and I had to do a quick fix to get by. I no longer had my receipt and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to claim any warranty assistance.On Monday, September 9, 2024, I visited the Platypus store at Rundle Mall, where Taz came to the rescue. She was not only super understanding but also incredibly helpful. Taz managed to track down my receipt and reassured me that I could bring the shoes back whenever I was ready.I was actually wearing the shoes that day but wanted to clean them up before returning them. As I was leaving, Taz called me back, noticing I had the shoes on and told me it was no problem. She even offered to exchange them for a new pair right on the spot—even though they weren’t exactly fresh at the time! Her friendly attitude and willingness to help completely put me at ease.Taz turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. I’m so grateful for her amazing customer service and will definitely be returning to the Rundle Mall Platypus store for my next pair of shoes. Thank you, Taz, for going above and beyond!
Mark Bourne: This is for the Myer Centre store inside to the side on the ground floor. I went back after buying a hat with a super helpful girl there, encouraging me to go back there to get some shoes a few weeks later. Great service again, helped me find the right shoe for me and made no issue of running between stores to make sure I could try my size. Not sure of her name, short blonde haired girl, super pleasant. jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

Alessandro Jose: We hired the 6 berth Royale with the slide out.We were very satisfied with the motorhome and the service of let’s go.The car had approximately 100k km. The Ducato drove nicely.The Jayco built was good and we had no real issues. The little obstacles were removed by the friendly customer support.We hired the motorhome with our three kids and the kid seats were also good. The staff helped us to install the seats.I can recommend let’s go.

wt: We recently rented a campervan from Let's Go in Adelaide. With prior campervan experiences, the friendly and helpful staffs at the Adelaide branch made a significant difference. Toni gave us a great and informative introduction to the van which was helpful for our journey.Although we didn't receive a new van, the Jayco 2 berth was good. It proved to be a reliable and comfortable vehicle for our long-distance journey. An air-conditioner turned out to be a fantastic surprise, especially as we ventured further into NT.The van's amenities were in good condition – a clean toilet, good bedding, a strong water pump, and a functional fridge that kept meat frozen during our travels. The thoughtful supplies of kitchen utensils, from a brand new sponge to storage container, allowed us to focus on only food items and preparing meals for the road.Returning the vehicle was a straightforward process, and Toni's excellent customer service, characterised by openness and keen to pay attention to details to ensure everything was in order, reinforced our positive impression. It's these personalised touches that truly set Let's Go apart.Overall, our experience with Let's Go in Adelaide was really good, and we highly recommend them to others.

Rick Ferdinands: Great service and friendly staff who did everything they could to ensure our trip lived up to expectations. The upgrade to a brand new vehicle was a bonus! However, the hot water would not work, the lights for the electric display could not be turned down at night and we had to request more cutlery and purchased knives ourselves.
Jim Eaton: The staff at the Adelaide office were excellent, unfortunately the Van we originally ordered had been in an accident and was not available. The replacement van did not have a gas fridge and we were free camping for a five day stint at the Mundi Mundi Bash. Apart from that the van meat all our needs, and made for a wonderful holiday.

My friend and I stopped by the office the previous day to arrange the booking and specifically requested a Rav4, which the staff confirmed would be allocated to us. Unfortunately, when we went to pick up the car the following day, we were given a different car. This was disappointing given the prior confirmation.
