Leonie Turner: I loved this experience. I went in for a specific pair of shoes for work, the staff were so helpful, kind, friendly and engaging. Right from the minute I walked in. I really felt the staff went to extra lengths to provide me good service, locating the size even though at first they appeared missing, we had a good laugh about it. I bought a pair of shoes, it could have been a boring mundane experience but the staff really changed that.

Kav TH: Overall, our experience at the Sketchers store on a Sunday afternoon was mixed. While the staff members were friendly, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to be served, despite there being three staff members present. It felt like only one staff member was serving at any given time, leading to delays in getting assistance with our queries and making our purchases. Additionally, we noticed that many of the shoe styles we liked were unavailable in the sizes we needed. While the staff could improve by delegating work more evenly and providing more efficient customer service, their friendliness was appreciated. However, due to the time spent and limited availability of desired sizes, we may opt to visit a different Sketchers outlet in the future.

Men do love to spoil their significant partner, the TB girls assist & reassure them if there is an issue ✅Today, whilst I was in store, a young mum & her daughter were purchasing a pair of boots for mum. What was cute, was the toddler having her shoes on the side preparing to try on her future shoe. TB staff made the youngster feel treasured and comfy. Interacting with the little lass was a charm to have witnessed.It is moments and interactions like this that makes you want to go directly into the store.

jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

The staff were so helpful, went in looking for a specific new arrival top from Alice in the Eve and ended up walking out with two items I didn’t even know I needed.. that’s how well they did their job. Tristan was an absolute star and although I didn’t catch the name of the lady who was also helping me in the change rooms, she needs some recognition too! A big thank you to both of them!!
