He checked and said I'm actually entitled for a refund or refit which mean another pair. He said I probably was fitted with the wrong shoes. He was very detailed in asking questions, offer explanations and choices. He was patient and extremely helpful. I'm sure he is a great asset to the company with such good knowledge and skills.It has been a week since I'm refitted with a new pair of shoes. It has managed my Achilles Tendonitis. With him offering add on orthotics, I have them in another pair of shoes and it works well.Many thanks to Jacob.

Neil Soriano: I just had to share the incredible experience I had at your Rundle Mall store, thanks to Taz! ❤️A few months ago, I bought a pair of New Balance shoes for my Europe trip. Unfortunately, during the trip, the shoes developed an in-seam rip, and I had to do a quick fix to get by. I no longer had my receipt and was concerned that I wouldn’t be able to claim any warranty assistance.On Monday, September 9, 2024, I visited the Platypus store at Rundle Mall, where Taz came to the rescue. She was not only super understanding but also incredibly helpful. Taz managed to track down my receipt and reassured me that I could bring the shoes back whenever I was ready.I was actually wearing the shoes that day but wanted to clean them up before returning them. As I was leaving, Taz called me back, noticing I had the shoes on and told me it was no problem. She even offered to exchange them for a new pair right on the spot—even though they weren’t exactly fresh at the time! Her friendly attitude and willingness to help completely put me at ease.Taz turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth, positive experience. I’m so grateful for her amazing customer service and will definitely be returning to the Rundle Mall Platypus store for my next pair of shoes. Thank you, Taz, for going above and beyond!
Mark Bourne: This is for the Myer Centre store inside to the side on the ground floor. I went back after buying a hat with a super helpful girl there, encouraging me to go back there to get some shoes a few weeks later. Great service again, helped me find the right shoe for me and made no issue of running between stores to make sure I could try my size. Not sure of her name, short blonde haired girl, super pleasant. The poor lady was run off her feet with many customers in the store but she was absolutely fantastic and extremely helpful. My mum found a pair of shoes that she loved but they didn't have her normal size. Shirley did everything in her power to try to make the larger size comfortable and ended up finding us a solution with some heel grips. Pleasantly surprised with the exceptional service we received. Kav TH: Overall, our experience at the Sketchers store on a Sunday afternoon was mixed. While the staff members were friendly, we found ourselves waiting longer than expected to be served, despite there being three staff members present. It felt like only one staff member was serving at any given time, leading to delays in getting assistance with our queries and making our purchases. Additionally, we noticed that many of the shoe styles we liked were unavailable in the sizes we needed. While the staff could improve by delegating work more evenly and providing more efficient customer service, their friendliness was appreciated. However, due to the time spent and limited availability of desired sizes, we may opt to visit a different Sketchers outlet in the future.

Jamie Groom: It's not like me to leave a review but after the service I received today I felt it was important. 2 young women served me I think their names were Courtney and Chloe and I cannot thank them both enough for their thorough service, kindness and warmth. I felt insecure about my large feet and they both were just so lovely I now have full confidence that my feet are not massive at all, in fact they're in perfect proportion.

I tried around 10 pairs, asked for sizes again and again. Many pairs I did not even try but they got them from stock upon asking.Last year, I went their just to ask about getting holes on the belt. The staff not only directed us, but walked us to the store behind Windsor Smith Store. What else would you expect from a retail staff whose patientence people test everyday.

Got a great 40% sale going on this week so I managed to grab a bargain,purchased 2 pairs of boots for just over $200! Appear to be understaffed with such a great sale going on,too many customers getting annoyed at the waiting time to be served! They should put on more staff ! Good but limited range of the latest footwear trends for men and women!

Fresh faces, youthful but most importantly respect. Respect needs to go both ways, the staff are just as human as are the clients. Each likes to be treated respectfully. This is what I have seen throughout the years. Not only to myself & daughter, but to ladies I have referred to as well. My referrals are just as ecstatic with the staff members. They spoke highly of their visit and transaction. What’s lovely and I suppose funny is when we can immediately identify a TB shoe. This leads to how the experience was and when we are going back to the store.Millie’s team are a breath of freshness.The girls welcome you upon entering, ✅You are acknowledged immediately ✅.You are given the freedom to look ✅Most importantly, you are not smothered ✅, no impulse sale.Each person, female, male - yes. Men do love to spoil their significant partner, the TB girls assist & reassure them if there is an issue ✅Today, whilst I was in store, a young mum & her daughter were purchasing a pair of boots for mum. What was cute, was the toddler having her shoes on the side preparing to try on her future shoe. TB staff made the youngster feel treasured and comfy. Interacting with the little lass was a charm to have witnessed.It is moments and interactions like this that makes you want to go directly into the store.
