Firstly, the store was large with adequate room between racks for multiple people to move - coming from Melbourne this is a huge difference where usually we're all squeezing between racks. It also felt like there was far more store and range available. Secondly, customer service was impeccable.

Waseef Azam, Shah: Very easy location to find and reach. Has a wide variety of shops from clothing, to homeware, to getting your nails/eyebrows done, custom tailoring, gift shops, key cutting, engraving, and a bunch of others.My favorite is the food court. Excellent range of options, and actually sufficient seating. Like enough to just let your mood run wild.
Sylvana Brooks: Mostly with places to eat which are fairly priced for the most part. There are also shops where you can find pens, toys, cosmetics, should totally check out!
Mohammed Mamun: Very friendly and cooperative staff..!Especially, Luzz in mens perfume section. great customer service.

The store is kept immaculate, has integrity and they offer a wide variety of dresses for all occasions. The girls there are caring and actually get interested in their customers needs and wants. Well worth a visit and to purchase something special too for any up and coming event!
Michaela German: beautiful dresses and equally beautiful customer service!After the fiasco at the afterdark boutique I very defeatedly went to the myer city centre with my last hopes in hand to find a dress.I sheepishly approached a staff member tolder I was after a size 14 - 16 cocktail dress, wasn't fussed for colour or cut but that it needed to make me look good.She took me over to the pilgrim girls who were MORE than happy to help. They asked loads of questions about colours, specific styles and what the occasion was. With in moments i had at least 10 different dresses to try on. One of the girls were even lovely enough to wait out by my change room and look over the dresses on me and give me advice on what dresses she though looked better for my body type.I COMMEND these women and their customer service. They were so kind and sweet and when I finally settled on my dress one commented on how id get my "pretty woman moment". You know where Julia Roberts is looking like a goddess in her red dress waiting for Richard geere to put on that stunning diamond necklace. Today started pretty dismal but yall really turned it around.Thankyou so so much for helping this little tomboy find herself a stunning dress. I cannot wait to wear it out on Thursday night, have my magical "pretty woman moment" and silently thank each and every one of you ladies for helping me this morning. You guys are the real miracle workers 💕

Ursa88 Bear: I am a bigger girl and my work slacks gave a little on the bus into the city.npt torn yet but just one awkward seat away from catastrophic failure. So I looked up plus sized clothing rundle mall and this was the first shop that came up. I was in and out within 10 minutes with perfect fitting work appropriate slacks on with help from the great staff there who totally understood my predicament.My only two qualms is on theor website it says their shop is on level 2 myer centre. But as people who know the myer centre on rundle mall there is a ground, upper ground, then level 1, 2, etc. Logically they are on level two. But for the myer centre lifts, they are on level 1.My second qualm was that though I was more than happy to pay the price. At over $100 for a pair of pants it is a tiny bit pricey. But if you become a member it's an instant 10% off and there is cheaper stuff at their online store.So yes considering how comfy these pants are, I believe I will be a return customer.
