They looked in their storeroom for an older card machine they had in there, started it up, and I was able to use my gift cards. This kind of service is almost only dreamed about these days. So happy.

Paul C: I came in to DJs Rod and Gunn about a month or so ago with my son to get myself some clothing and was served by Dawn, she was amazingly helpful and caring, the service she gave us was something that I feel no longer exists these days. Her genuine input/feedback/thoughts and ideas on styling/fitment and colours was not pushy, but it was honest and insightful. She was patient and caring with my son who was restless and bored. The staff take the time to have you try many varieties. There is also a contact lenses option, and this is spectacular as they give you samples and aid you in getting the perfect ones for your eyes.

Janine Anninos: I visited this store after it was recommended to me. Booking online was very easy, as was booking over the telephone for my collection appointment. I had a very positive experience and found every member of staff personable and helpful, from Optometrist to sales team. The optometrist had a genuine concern and an extra test put my mind at ease. They even mended my old glasses to get me through. When I returned to collect my 3 pairs of glasses, they took the utmost care to ensure everything was right, fit well and comfortable before I left the store. Very professional team, lots of staff on hand to assist, all of whom were happy and friendly. They were very reasonably priced with all of the extras I asked for. Highly recommend this branch.

Really patient and child focused. And, kids are included in the discussion during the eye examination. You get lots of help finding the glasses you need to picking a frame. The staff are not pushy or sales driven. They understand budgets and give you the time to selct and try the styles until you find what you need. Would not go anywhere else. Plus, their prices are bery competitive.
