jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

Marc Elliott: Never shooped at a Tarocash before but was in town on vacation and dropped into the store in Rundle Mall. They had high quality items and the service was amazing. After buying a shirt there and realizing it was a bigger fit on me that I liked after getting it home, I went back to the store and let me exchange it for a smaller size with no hassle at all. I felt comfortable enough to share with Lukah that I recently lost a lot of weight & have been struggling to find clothes that suit my new body shape. Lukah offered me words of encouragement & gave me the confidence to try various styles & colours on until I found the perfect pair. While I was trying jeans on Lukah included my husband & asked him if he was interested in trying some 501s too. It was such a great experience, so much nostalgia wearing these jeans again! We both left Levi鈥檚 feeling really happy with our purchase & very happy with Lukah鈥檚 exceptional customer service, knowledge of Levi鈥檚 products & all round fun vibe. Sasha Selleck: I visited to look for some new jeans, Bella greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and helped with everything I was after, she found various styles and sizes of jeans for me and I left with exactly what I wanted.She helped me start to finish, in the change rooms and at the check out.All the staff were helpful, knowledgeable and kind. The only issue I had was not having all the exact sizing I wanted, but was able to try on other colours and order online

Aidan was extremely kind and helpful, which made the entire shopping experience very comfortable for us. Living hours away from the store and not being able to pick our altered jeans for weeks, Aidan went above and beyond to find a way to get these to us sooner. Lisa at the store was very helpful and kind to us too. Overall the shopping experience was elevated by the quality of customer service we received.
