We have been using and buying their products and services for over 20 years and I always find them producing high quality German influenced smallgoods. They have just launched their new brand logo and decided to expand to the east coast. I would recommend their food and produce to anyone coming to Adelaide. This is a local icon as a must-try place. The smoked wagyu is very tasty especially!

    Helen Hoekman: A bit belated but wanted to share. I bought a 7kg turkey for Christmas day and1/2 leg of ham. Can only say how good they were! I stuffed the turkey with my family favourite stuffing- cooked basmati rice, sage, fresh chopped parsley, some mixed herbs, finely chopped onion, toasted slivered almonds, chopped ham from the leg, finely chopped onion, diced dried apricots, salt and pepper and egg to bind. I cooked the turkey for the exact time and temperature for my oven as instructed by the butcher. I let it rest for the given time and the breast in particular was so moist and tasty. The best one I've cooked!! The smoke on the ham was delicious and has lasted so well in the ham bag. Will be back! Thank you so much for the excellent service. Happy New Year to all! I have never had such consistent customer service across a whole team before, such a credit to the leadership team. So much respect for the way they have navigated the changing restrictions, always putting their community first and treating every customer with respect and compassion. And then there is their meat..You won’t find better quality anywhere else. Guaranteed. So much range, some very special aged meats.     sarah michele: Amazing! A must visit in Adelaide.Whether you’re local or a visitor you won’t be disappointed. The sandwiches are to die for… they’ve recently gone up in price to $16 each. Probably a bit expensive, but they do use quality products and put a lot into them. The prosciutto is my favourite, but they are all fantastic. Good quality produce in their shop too… lasagne is delicious and kids keep asking for it!I’ll keep going back and would recommend.

    Tina Dinh: Was exploring central market and saw a long line so decided to check it out! Tried the sopressa panini which was delicious, all the fillings were so fresh and flavourful. However the bread was quite dry and solid making it hard to bite into. Also felt it was quite a small serving for the price. It was a long wait as well but staff were friendly. Make sure to come early as they do sell out. Wouldn’t mind coming back to try a different panini 🤩

    Valeria Reategui: I have tried many products from the store, but my top favourite is their balsamic vinegar and raspberry vinegar. So good and addictive, especially now that we are entering summer and we always crave a good salad.

    Andrew Cox: Could not go past the Panini after we saw it being made fresh, plenty of ready made ones at other locations, and the ability to customise it with some Italian chilli and smoked ham was irresistible.Hot Choc was strong, fresh, fluffy and made from good quality Dark chocolate.

    Steve Parsons: Cheap, quality, huge range. I can't always get there but for a big shop or extended family bbq they are our first option.Being able to serve porterhouse steaks for 16 people instead of sausages and rissoles. BTW I love sausage and rissoles.
