The smoked wagyu is very tasty especially!

Brad Medlow: Popped in this afternoon after hearing great things from friends. Got stuck behind some Pelican on their phone trying to create a scene. If you can't place your order because you don't know what your doing then step aside and let the rest of us continue our day. Don't start an argument with the shop when you're the one at fault. On a happy note the staff and range were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be returning. Definitely the best service I've had in a while. I think the lady behind the counter handled the drama llama perfectly.

Staff are always super friendly and willing to provide recommendations for dinner. My favourites are the marinated steaks and chicken sausages. Make sure to also buy the cheap jumbo free range eggs.

Helen Hoekman: A bit belated but wanted to share. I bought a 7kg turkey for Christmas day and1/2 leg of ham. Can only say how good they were! I stuffed the turkey with my family favourite stuffing- cooked basmati rice, sage, fresh chopped parsley, some mixed herbs, finely chopped onion, toasted slivered almonds, chopped ham from the leg, finely chopped onion, diced dried apricots, salt and pepper and egg to bind. I cooked the turkey for the exact time and temperature for my oven as instructed by the butcher. I let it rest for the given time and the breast in particular was so moist and tasty. The best one I've cooked!! The smoke on the ham was delicious and has lasted so well in the ham bag. Will be back! Thank you so much for the excellent service. Happy New Year to all! The lamb koftas were particularly outstanding—fresh, flavourful, and well-prepared. O'Connells clearly prioritises quality, both in their products and their service. Highly recommended for anyone looking for excellent meat and great customer service.
russell Hickson: Bought some Boerewors and chorizo sausages today April 20.Took them home and pan fried half.Bloody Gorgeous.Full of flavour,soft skin went really well will Bok choy and mushrooms all bought from the market.Will be back soon ,Loved them.

I visited today knowing Liam and Jo are out for a week and the team are holding the fort wonderfully. Always a pleasure to visit My Local Butcher.

Cooked some meat as soon as I got home and it’s the best meat I’ve ever tasted. I recommend the grass-fed potterhouse, the sausage rolls, and the chicken breast schnitzels. I honestly don’t see why I would ever go anywhere else for my meats.

They have what you need including bbq consumables & rubs.Definitely recommend a visit if you have never been. Very nice and well presented store front.
