What you would have witnessed is banter we have between us in the shop as well as our customers who come in. Helen Hoekman: A bit belated but wanted to share. I bought a 7kg turkey for Christmas day and1/2 leg of ham. Can only say how good they were! I stuffed the turkey with my family favourite stuffing- cooked basmati rice, sage, fresh chopped parsley, some mixed herbs, finely chopped onion, toasted slivered almonds, chopped ham from the leg, finely chopped onion, diced dried apricots, salt and pepper and egg to bind. I cooked the turkey for the exact time and temperature for my oven as instructed by the butcher. I let it rest for the given time and the breast in particular was so moist and tasty. The best one I've cooked!! The smoke on the ham was delicious and has lasted so well in the ham bag. Will be back! Thank you so much for the excellent service. Happy New Year to all! Brad Medlow: Popped in this afternoon after hearing great things from friends. Got stuck behind some Pelican on their phone trying to create a scene. If you can't place your order because you don't know what your doing then step aside and let the rest of us continue our day. Don't start an argument with the shop when you're the one at fault. On a happy note the staff and range were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely be returning. Definitely the best service I've had in a while. I think the lady behind the counter handled the drama llama perfectly.

Definitely haven't taken advantage of it like some other businesses.Never been mad at service, don't understand that feedback, if anything I just find out difficult to communicate as I'm only 5'2" but there's quite a bit on the bench top that acts as a barrier for my voice and sight.

I get my stuff here when I want to treat myself or family and a treat it indeed is, every time.They are currently selling jerky which is one of two of all jerky ive ever tried that is incredible. Nothing like the stuff you get at Coles or Woolies

Very tender lovely tasting and got 6 big meals out of it could had spread it further. Also purchased chicken steaks which were lovely also. Friendly staff. Thankyou will be back when in adelaide next.

I have never been sold a serve of poor quality meat.The staff are invariably friendly and go out of their way to assist. As an example, a late request for a Xmas turkey was met with “ what about I debone the bird and season it with pistachio and fig?”Seriously recommended.
