Since I’m a fan of the brand but don’t want to spend full price every time, I’m happy that this outlet store has a wide range of selection. Good customer service is a plus as well. Staff has always been helpful and kind.

Natália Nobre Mazot: for being so supportive and helping me with a shoe replacement tonight at Myer Store in Adelaide CBD. I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

Their 90s jackets were particularly on point.
