jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

After buying a shirt there and realizing it was a bigger fit on me that I liked after getting it home, I went back to the store and let me exchange it for a smaller size with no hassle at all. We were greeted with a friendly smile by a lovely sales assistant, Lukah who helped me find the most comfortable & flattering 501 jeans. I felt comfortable enough to share with Lukah that I recently lost a lot of weight & have been struggling to find clothes that suit my new body shape. Lukah offered me words of encouragement & gave me the confidence to try various styles & colours on until I found the perfect pair. While I was trying jeans on Lukah included my husband & asked him if he was interested in trying some 501s too. It was such a great experience, so much nostalgia wearing these jeans again! We both left Levi’s feeling really happy with our purchase & very happy with Lukah’s exceptional customer service, knowledge of Levi’s products & all round fun vibe. Thanks so much Lukah we love our 501s just as much as the ones we wore when we were cool 90s kids! We’ll definitely be back for more

I even went home and raved to my partner about how good the whole experience was and knew I had to leave a review. The staff were so helpful, went in looking for a specific new arrival top from Alice in the Eve and ended up walking out with two items I didn’t even know I needed.. that’s how well they did their job. The woman working there exchanged it without any fight or attitude and understood that it shouldn’t have broken so quickly. I was so surprised and so happy! Definitely coming back :D

Ash put everything on hold for us, with no pressure &/or time limits.We didn't hear back that afternoon & returned 2-days later to complete the purchase. Whilst Ash wasn't working that day, the Manager Carla was simply amazing - everything was still put aside & again, nothing was too much trouble.Store & staff were wonderfully presented & the service exceeded our expectations.
