It's disappointing how difficult it is to navigate the online shop.I asked the staff in store if I can pick the gifts in the shop and they help to ship, as I am interstate, they just said no. They said I have to find the items online myself, and disappointingly, a lot are not on the online shop.My favorite gift shop in Adelaide!! Never disappoints me when I need to buy a gift. Always something different from what you can buy from big brands shops. Allowing me to buy some special gifts for different people for different occasions.

Bea: It was around 5:15 and I had just finished work feeling very tired and went into the store to get some help with finding the perfect chain for my partner. I showed the lady a photo and she knew instantly what it was. seemed very educated in her job and she slept me try on every single chain to make sure it was the right fit. She showed amazing customer service skills and just seemed down to earth. She wasn’t fake, she was just realI didn’t manage to get her name but I believe she had a russion accent and I just would like to thank her for being so kind. You don’t usually get great customer service like that :-

Victoria Glover: I visited this store on the 16/09/2022 and felt so welcomed, I was shopping for a wedding band and the ladies were so happy to help and they were so amazing and understanding when I told them my wedding was in 4 weeks time! They had to special order in my ring as my size is very small and they were confident it would arrive by the 14/10/2022 giving me plenty of time to pick it up. I just picked it up today on the 7/10/2022 and I am so happy! I don’t recommend you wait until last minute to shop for things but the staff Angus and Coote West Lakes were so accommodating.
