David Andrews: A decade ago, I scored a classic Akubra in fine condition at an op shoppe for $10. Unfortunately, it was size 57, and I'm size 58. Took it to Adelaide Hatters on Saturday to be stretched and today, six days later, I picked it up. Now it fits me perfectly, and has been reconditioned and given a whole new lease of life - better than new. To say I am absolutely delighted would be a gross understatement. The word for the day is GRATITUDE - in bold caps.

I have had a terrible experience trying to solve a faulty product matter with a Myer Customer Service Agent via email and those both amazing sale assistants manage to represent Myer professionally and in the best way possible while I was in the store to pick up another product. Please make sure you recognise those guys and pass this information to your team! Very rare to find professionals who are able to see the big picture and understand their roles in the business.

jennifer smith: Went in this store some weeks ago to search for a Christmas present for my son. I was helped by an extraordinary young man with a brown curly mullet, a moustache, and a nose ring. He assisted me upstairs by providing multiple clothing suggestions and also with sizing, making what I thought was going to be a drawn-out and unpleasant experience very efficient and enjoyable. Will most certainly be returning to this store again!

Although their multi-item deal isn't quite as generous as it used to be, you can be assured that you are buying a quality item at a very reasonable price. All of their garments are certified under various ethical production agreements as well, so you can be happy that you are supporting a business that cares about the entire production process. The Adelaide store has great staff who are very friendly and welcoming so go and see Torehn and the rest of the team and you will be well looked after

I returned 2 days after and the young girl at the counter helped me out with an exchange. Customer service at its finest during such a busy period. Well done Nike!
