Pine Reserve: what do users think?

Harry Patel: Please don't visit at night, especially after 9:00 pm. I am 15 years old and have noticed that Pine Reserve can get weird when I come here with my friends after 9:00 pm.

Ziggy: Funnest playground, the only down side no toilets

Nick Travers: Great playground after the upgrade, though be aware there are no toilets.

Daniel Gutierrez: Beautiful nature, you can go for a walk and kids can go to the playground. It's very quiet and nice.

Scarlette Eovlev: My favourite playground yet! Absolutely stunning. I would visit this place even without children. I would visit to walk my dog or even just to lay in the hammock amongst the beautiful pine trees and watch the clouds or the stars or whatever else flies through the cracks in the trees. It has an OG swing!!!!! A bloody rope swing! And a flying fox and a fairy garden. The sea saw is big enough for adults to use and the walk amongst everything is just delightful. Really islike a little sanctuary. The other play equipment is nice too but the nature side is just divine

吕达仁: Peaceful park with plenty of fun play equipment

Sarah Roberts: Pretty good new playground. It is good that there is a fenced off area for little ones. There is a flying fox, swings, lots of climbing equipment, see-saw, basketball half court, and netball half court. It is just missing toilets and some tables to sit at to eat.

A C Nayak: Quiet little spot surrounded with pine trees. There's a small play area for kids. Dogs are allowed here on a leash.

Deegan Dickson: Beautiful surroundings but the park is quite dangerous.

toby pearse: Saw a kid get KO'D by a pine cone 10/10 would throw one again

Cedric Si: Beautiful park, had the opportunity to visit the first waterfall. I’m sure the hike to the upper falls would have been fantastic as well. Great picnic areas with bbq facilities. No trash bins so come prepared with some bags for your litter.

Cenz Mast: Don't forgot to try the 7.5 k hike unforgettable 💯 💪

Cindy Si: Beautiful area with lots of hiking trails to choose from. The only downside was the lack of rubbish disposal units. Lovely waterfall. Great coffee by Bazinga Coffee, a pleasant surprise after trying all the poor quality coffees at the CBD all day today!Playground: Cool nature playground for kidsDog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed in the picnic areaPicnic area: Lots of picnic tables and BBQ pits, but no bins!

Brenton O'Loughlin: A nice walk in nature. Take time to visit and walk as far as you like. Some difficult sections to be aware of if you struggle to walk. Overall if you are able to be mobile go check it out.

Eva Melinda: It is a magical place with so many koalas on the walks.

Shuz New: Fun works shot and long easy access path to waterfall. Bring your coats in winter it's colder down there and look out for the koalas sleeping in the trees.

Kelly Holloman: A lovely destination for nature enthusiasts. The park features diverse wildlife, including koalas and kangaroos, which are a highlight. The walking trails are pleasant, though some could benefit from better signage. The views from certain points are quite nice, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities are adequate, with clean restrooms and picnic areas. It’s a great place for a relaxed day trip, but if you’re looking for more challenging hikes, you might find the trails here a bit easy. Overall, it's a solid choice for a nature getaway.

Brian LeBlanc: Cleland National Park is a good spot for nature lovers. The trails are straightforward and offer pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. Seeing native wildlife is a nice touch, though it can get a bit crowded during peak times. Facilities are basic but sufficient for a day trip. It's a solid option if you're looking for a local nature experience, but don’t expect solitude during busy periods.

Marian Kelly: Amazing place, loved getting up close to the animals.

Krystina Ebsary: I took my children here for a family day out. They all had an amazing time and loved the snake holding experience. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Liisa Grace Baun: Excellent hiking trail with stunning scenic views. There are plenty of rest stops along the way from Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty. While some parts are steep, they don't last long.

Lillian Pais: Nature at its best

Long Vu: Fresh air, very nice park with Kangaroo, Koala and other Aussie animals, nice experience for family with kids. Recommend to spend about 90mins here on the trip to Hahndorf

Ned Bajic: Great spot for hiking, wildlife spotting and a bit local history too 👍🏻

Nal Nal: A place I want to come to whenever I have time. I’m impressed that there are so many pretty places in Adelaide. Dog-sized wallabies are running everywhere and the wild flowers are fragrant and very pretty.

Peter Porter: One of the most amazing views of all of Adelaide, areas to sit down and take all of the view in.

Rob Wallis: A great recreation park for a hike or a picnic. Plenty of wildlife if you are into photography. In winter, maybe bring a rain jacket, just in case.

joseph perry: Amazing. I wish there was a 6 star rating system because this place would get 6.

Mick O: Great place to explore and go for a stroll

Grant Moyle: A natured place for walks or hiking.

Courtney Pleass: Besides the many hiking trails, it is a great spot to find wildlife. I almost always see an abundance of lizards here, including the Tawny Dragons and White's Skinks which I have found nowhere else in the Adelaide foothills but at Anstey Hill. They are fast to hide and it is likely you'll miss them unless you go looking.

Nam Võ: Great

Dr. Muhammad Mohtsham Saeed: Amazing

Piete247: A great location

Robert SMITH-CLARE: Nothing more chilled than walking around a botanic garden. This one has some great features - including a hot house with a giant lilly. There is also a museum of economic plants. Sounds dull? - we thought so too, but we went in and were enraptured by the place, were in there for nearly an hour. Why? If I describe it, it will sound dull so just give it a go.

Stacia Naomi Tholar: There are a few tall trees right at the entrance where you can see all these plump little bats hanging out. Quite the sight!

Marian Kelly: Really great park, lots of amazing trees and beautiful birds flying round.

Howard Nixon: I had 30 minutes to rest and found just how restful it really is.

Rob Wilhelm: Always a .magical escape from day to day living. Awesome

tbhersey tbhersey: Awesome place to relax. And take in the Wildlife

Julia Julia: The Adelaide Botanic Garden is a 51-hectare public garden at the north-east corner of the Adelaide city centre, in the Adelaide Park Lands. It encompasses a fenced garden on North Terrace and behind it the Botanic Park. Work was begun on the site in 1855, with its official opening to the public on 4 October 1857.

Vanessa Volar (Ness): Obsessed with this location, the bats, the greeny, the gardens, its everything, no wonder weddings and events get held here. Brince8971: Best environmental and kindness the people

Jens Bauer: Hello,When you're here in Adelaide, a visit to the Parklands is a must. A beautiful large area that includes several parks and Lake Torrens. There are countless green spaces, shady places, paths and other attractions. You can switch between the two sides of the lake via several bridges to explore the different places. From here you also have access to some locations such as the Festival Hall, the main train station and the cricket stadium. The Adelaide Parklands are really beautiful and invite you to linger at any time of the day, definitely visit.

Gabriel: Could not appreciate our daily walks here any time of the day. I love how a lot of people come and go at any given time.

Khalid M: .We split up our walk through the Parklands over several days, which I’d recommend. There’s a walking trail loop easily identified by the blue circle markers on the ground

Hong Nguyen: Here, I was able to immerse myself in nature and let my soul follow the water stream. Here, I was under a tree glittering in the autumn sun and dreaming old dreams. Here, I remembered the old days when I sat reading and thinking about distant horizons, and missing my loved ones.

Hawson Maw: Beautiful nature with Trees.

Zhen Zhou: All Adelaide's parks are well managed, with natural scenery and artificial additions of many representative plants and animals from around the world, giving them a unique style. Appreciating these parks requires quiet and frequent visits, slowly and carefully divided into zones and species. If you can record your feelings every time, you will feel joy that you have never experienced before.

Srecko Rakic: Yea ok

Bruce Wayne Birch: It's always a unique experience when you walk around the different walking tracks that surround our wonderful city called Adelaide. I really am very impressed with all the thoughtfulness that went into creating these trails. Such a beautiful and lush experience! 🤩 #BrucesPlanet.Com
