Big climbing castle and slide, two flying fox, huge grass for picnic and ample BBQ facilities. You can walk around the lake, seeing different wild creatures. But be careful of duck' poos. The best park in Northeastern area.

Yana Gilling: Beautiful reserve with lots to do. It has an awesome playground that has recently been done. It has lots of grassy areas to kick a ball. It has the lake at the end to walk around with ducks and fish in it. It's very well dobe and such a great place to visit.

Indy Sondhi: Clean, good shade areas and plenty of slides!!!

Cluless Valkyrie: 76 Jeffcott Rd, North Adelaide SA 5006

Liezl Adams: One of the playgrounds that we come to on a regular basis. It is fully fenced. This playground is more for the younger ones, which just happens to be the category our family fit in.There is a wheelchair swing. Some play areas are also wheelchair accessible.Seating is in the middle of the playground under the pavilion. It gives you a nice 360° view of the playground. There is a grass mound area in the park. With some shade from trees, but your view may be obstructed from seeing the whole playground.Barbecue ares are located outside the playground.Toilets are located at the Adelaide Aquatic Center, say 150m away. It's kind of a letdown as kids wait until the last minute to let you know they have to go to the loo.

Milan Dahal: Good playground outside adelaide aquatic centre with varieties of things for kids. My little one really enjoys here while his brother is in swimming class inside.

Anna Kamran: Nice covered area for kids

James C: Very nice playground, it's big enough and is closed in by gates. Has a BBQ too. Is right next to the aquatic centre too.

Jake Chillingworth: Great park for my toddler, swings, slides, tables and fully fenced!

Joan Sedsman: There was lots for two 4-year- old boys to do! We took a couple of scooters and they oscillated between the play equipment and scooting on the path. Great that it's all enclosed. They happily played for over 3 hours and we almost had to drag them away.

Kelly Holloman: A lovely destination for nature enthusiasts. The park features diverse wildlife, including koalas and kangaroos, which are a highlight. The walking trails are pleasant, though some could benefit from better signage. The views from certain points are quite nice, providing a peaceful atmosphere. Facilities are adequate, with clean restrooms and picnic areas. It’s a great place for a relaxed day trip, but if you’re looking for more challenging hikes, you might find the trails here a bit easy. Overall, it's a solid choice for a nature getaway.

Brian LeBlanc: Cleland National Park is a good spot for nature lovers. The trails are straightforward and offer pleasant views of the surrounding landscape. Seeing native wildlife is a nice touch, though it can get a bit crowded during peak times. Facilities are basic but sufficient for a day trip. It's a solid option if you're looking for a local nature experience, but don’t expect solitude during busy periods.

Marian Kelly: Amazing place, loved getting up close to the animals.

Krystina Ebsary: I took my children here for a family day out. They all had an amazing time and loved the snake holding experience. Will definitely come back again in the future.

Liisa Grace Baun: Excellent hiking trail with stunning scenic views. There are plenty of rest stops along the way from Waterfall Gully to Mt Lofty. While some parts are steep, they don't last long.

Lillian Pais: Nature at its best

Long Vu: Fresh air, very nice park with Kangaroo, Koala and other Aussie animals, nice experience for family with kids. Recommend to spend about 90mins here on the trip to Hahndorf

Theres also a pirate ship, which can pique kids' imagination, making it truly a fun adventure park for children, as they can roleplay as pirates or something, which makes it so enjoyable for kids, and for adults to watch them.A fun park, recommended to go to, sometimes theres a little bit of rubbish but do us all a favour and pick it up and put it in the bin. Thanks!

shaira noshin: It was small but peaceful to take a walk and enjoy the beauty of it.

Bianca Hadi: I actually loved visiting here, it's so nice and peaceful for a little stroll and to just sit and take in the scenery and noises

Wow Houseboats: Adelaide's Himeji Garden is a serene and beautifully designed Japanese garden located in the heart of the city. Opened in 1985, this garden is a symbol of the sister-city relationship between Adelaide and Himeji in Japan. It features traditional Japanese landscape elements, including tranquil koi ponds, meticulously manicured plants, and elegant stone pathways. The garden is divided into two main sections: the Shinto-inspired garden, which highlights the beauty of simplicity and natural harmony, and the more formal garden, showcasing classic Japanese landscaping techniques.

マロンパンケーキ: It was a very well-maintained and small garden, but it was a perfect and wonderful Japanese garden. Plants and flowers were all Japanese gardens themselves. I was impressed.

Kwangil Jeon: A beautiful park in Adelaide. It made me feel like I was in Japan for a short while.

Amber: smaller than i remember, but that’s not the garden’s fault at all. if you come on a good day, the garden is incredibly scenic & quiet. the big pond in the middle of the garden has turtles that often pop up & sucks that fly into the water. however, when it’s busy, the atmosphere is ruined fairly quickly

Cherie Green: Just so beautiful & relaxing

Hong Nguyen: It's such a lovely place for the kids and even adults to get together. Clean, quiet, and peaceful space, especially for families to have a picnic at the weekend.Highly recommended.

Ale Paron: , cover tables, drinkable water. Toilets next to the playground. Free parking on the street everyday. Parking not permitted mon-fri from 8am-10am. Lots of cute rats around the bbqs. During night time you can spot possums. On Sundays there is a coffee van park next to the playground ❤️

Tila W: One of if not the very best playground in Adelaide. It's a pleasure being under the big tree & enjoying the beauty & shade. Water & nature play for the kids. Cllimbing rocks, balancing in the huge roots of the tree, sand, sticks, leaves. Can be enjoyed without getting too wet, there's a water pump & tap the kid love fiddling with & making the water collect at the little dam which they then lift & let it flow down into the sand at the bottom.Playground equipment is great. 2 main areas for toddlers & bigger kids, close enough together that u can keep a close eye. The 1m wide slide is awesome fun! Climbing the rocks to get up is lots on fun, but of course calls for more supervision & assistance for little kids. It's really better to come here when you intend to stay a while & get messy. We had a bday party here. There's 2 benches near the play area, loads of shade grass, 1 or 2 covered bench seating & bbq areas. Would recommend a sunday for bdays bc lots more parking is available. It's fully enclosed & good new toilets there, huge importance. On the downside, I wish they didn't do the recent replacement of the smaller playground near the water play. It was better before, lower heights, more suited for 1-2yo to play independently but now its a stay-arms-length situation.

Bharat Odedra (BVO): Beautiful park and good picnic spot. Public toilet and parking facilities available.

Arry Charrismanagara: It's such an unassuming place. This spot is where the state of South Australia was declared, i.e. the state birthplace. But it looks like just another park within a built-up residential area.Highly recommended for a visit to the Glenelg Museum in the Town Hall building to learn more about this landmark.
