The design service was great and selection process was easy and helpful staff guided us through the process. The finishes were top quality and trades very professional. I have not found a any problems. Our site manager was great and handover was as promised. loved the welcome gift of a weber bbq. would recommend them and use them again if the opportunity arose.
Kingsley Harvey: Having heard of many problems with different builders so I choose KH because I didn't want that stress and am glad I did they were all very good and what I think qualifies this is even the builders coming to do the work said they them selves prefer working for KH.
Sean Matthewson: Overall the build process with Kookaburra went fairly smoothly. As it was we built at one of the most challenging times with material and tradesman shortages so the forecasted time frame blew out. The planning stage was well handled with Dylan and Jake and we were able to design the house we wanted, however we struck some holdups with council which further delayed construction. During the build as mentioned above there were times the house was delayed, however our site manager kept us informed as to progress when he was able. The wait was worth it in the end as the quality of our home is great, there’s nothing we are unhappy with as a finished product. We would recommend Kookaburra to anyone.

Simon Trumble: My wife and I purchased an 1880's stone home close the city to restore and extend.Many challenges arose throughout the project requiring a careful assessment and approach.We sought engineering advice from Epic Projects in relation to new wet area floors within the existing structure, new footings for dilapidated walls, cutting/shoring a 4.2 metre stone wall, new footings for replacement of a heritage fence together with an ornate front verandah. Finally, footing slab and framing for a new living room kitchen extension.Epic Projects attended to all matters promptly, professionally and kindly.Epic Projects was a great asset to us and we thoroughly recommend that you consider them for your next project.
