Grant Robertson: I have recently purchased an item online. On unpacking, there was a defect that the store would not have seen. I was blown away by the high quality service from Tool Kit Depot and the online team. First, the phone rang only twice before being picked up. There was a friendly, responsive person on the other side who quickly addressed the problem to my satisfaction. I used the store because it had an item not available in NSW, but I know I'll use this business again in the future to order other goods I might even have considered buying in a similar store locally.
