Grant Robertson: I have recently purchased an item online. On unpacking, there was a defect that the store would not have seen. I was blown away by the high quality service from Tool Kit Depot and the online team. First, the phone rang only twice before being picked up. There was a friendly, responsive person on the other side who quickly addressed the problem to my satisfaction. I used the store because it had an item not available in NSW, but I know I'll use this business again in the future to order other goods I might even have considered buying in a similar store locally. Shout out to Thomas, Jessica and the online team who make the magic happen. Your online customers appreciate your commitment.

Henry Olonga: Great family run business. When I cannot find what I am looking for at the other large tool suppliers, Total Tools always come through. The staff aren't total tools either and know their stuff. 😊😊. Always found what I needed there. Not always the cheapest but you buy once and never have to again.
