Grant Robertson: I have recently purchased an item online. On unpacking, there was a defect that the store would not have seen. I was blown away by the high quality service from Tool Kit Depot and the online team. First, the phone rang only twice before being picked up. There was a friendly, responsive person on the other side who quickly addressed the problem to my satisfaction. I used the store because it had an item not available in NSW, but I know I'll use this business again in the future to order other goods I might even have considered buying in a similar store locally. There's a reason I've been coming back to Total Tools for about 20 years, I've tried a few of the other tool shops but none have the same quality of service or willingness to help when things aren't straightforward. Total Tools has helped me a number of times which allows me to give my customers what they need, when they need it.

If you didn't steal, there's no reason to feel like you did We'll be back for those amazing ladders and H-Class vac later!

Henry Olonga: Great family run business. When I cannot find what I am looking for at the other large tool suppliers, Total Tools always come through. The staff aren't total tools either and know their stuff. 😊😊. Always found what I needed there. Not always the cheapest but you buy once and never have to again.
