Chee T: I recently had an incredible dining experience at Ginza Miyako, a Japanese restaurant that offers an all-you-can-eat menu. Despite the all-you-can-eat format, the quality of the food was outstanding. Every dish was prepared with great attention to detail and presented beautifully. From the fresh sashimi and sushi to the deliciously tender grilled meats, every bite was a delight.The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our glasses were always full and our plates promptly cleared. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a relaxed meal with friends or family.

Everything about this restaurant was so good. I really enjoyed the calm and welcoming atmosphere. The music in the background was very relaxing. Despite being situated on a busy street in Adelaide city, entering this restaurant felt like being transported to a quiet little place in Kyoto. Fantastic experience! Thank you!

Mark Mywords: is a fantastic spot for a quick lunchtime bite, or if you've got time on your hands, a great sit down meal. Dishes come quickly and food is generally good quality. The 'meal sets' are incredible value, which include, miso soup, pickles, potato salad, a bowl of rice and the main meal.Dishes such as Hiyaki Chu-ka - a cold summer noodle dish is something you don't find everywhere and is a favourite, even though the recipe has been changed and I believe is more Chinese than Japanese. Since the new owners took over some years ago, the menu has been slightly 'Chinafied' from the original Japanese owners, however, they have expanded the menu for the better and the choices are excellent, with genuine Japanese flavours shining through.Staff can be a little offhand and seemingly hurried for no reason, but this may be a cultural thing for efficient customer service.If you're in Rundle Mall, Katsumoto is worth a visit. Tam Sibbick-Simpson: We have been looking for a nice Japanese restaurant for ages. Nagomi was recommended to us by our friends and we are so glad we finally went.Service was great. We had the vegetables tempura to share. Absolutely delicious. I had the teriyaki chicken and my husband had the Bento box. All beautiful. We will definitely be back.

We always get their Nagomi Bento Box, the unagi Don, and we have even tried their cold noodles and their chawamushi. Thumbs up!Tempura prawns were just average, with a rather thick batter.Miso Grilled Cod was pretty tender, but the overall saltiness overpowered the natural flavor of the cod. The side dishes were of average quality.Seafood sashimi Rice comes with little bit of various sashimi and some eel. The quality of the seafood was average, rather soft...It's a casual restaurant, and the server was chatting and laughing loudly with her friends which was a bit wierd. The taste was not too bad overall.

We spent $380 here, being the most expensive teppanyaki we have had, however the food quality was not as good as we have experienced elsewhere. Delicious nonetheless, but you can get better teppanyaki elsewhere for a much more reasonable price.

This is where you can immerse yourself in authentic Japanese teppanyaki in the heart of Adelaide. Headed by Shiki Chef de Cuisine, Kenny Trinh, where the team have created a delicious menu of truly succulent sushi, sashimi… and the list goes on and on. They are without a doubt, the ‘best of the best’, and proud to showcase South Australian produce. The menu is extensive like the wine list, however I strongly suggest you try the sushi and sashimi selection, prawn tempura, wagyu beef, bok choy and snow peas, vegetable fried rice and miso soup, and for dessert the mango mousse with coconut jelly. All complimented with the traditional Japanese wine, sake. What more can I say - everything was tasty, juicy and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and professional, and everything else was cosy and romantic. Very Highly Recommended 👏👍😊

Unagi was tender and yummy. Agedashi tofu was crispy and sauce was mild yet delicious. Karaage chicken was not good at all, soggy. Sashimi don is not bad, sushi rice was flavoursm. Wagyu sukiyaki was very delicious and heart warming, it comes with noodles as well. But the soup will go very well with rice too. Friendly service.

Cherry H: Came here on a cold Winter night for some sukiyaki and was not disappointed! Haven’t been to Wasai since they re-did the shop so a lot was ordered for two. The tempura prawn came with tempura sweet potato, mushroom, fish cake and greens. The sauce went great with the battered foods. Spider roll and spicy salmon sushi roll were very nice but the aburi salmon roll was the best with its torched flavour and had the perfect amount of sauce! Sukiyaki was warm and comforting with lots of beef and cabbage. The chef special grilled sea perch also stood out and we’re so glad we ordered it! Get it if you still can, the fish was grilled so well and the flesh was sweet and firm. Overall fantastic experience, and would love to go again!

Nal Nal: The interior makes you feel like you're visiting Japan. I had a $32 sashimi + tempura bento and the unagi seemed delicious. I liked it because it had a bit of an authentic Japanese bento feel, but it was disappointing that there was no tap beer. The Korean man serving the hall was friendly, and the bathroom interior was very unique, so be sure to visit the bathroom. It's a bit pricey, but the sashimi quality was good and it's worth coming for the bento.

So filling with seaweed salad side dish and miso complimentary. Owner was delightful. Would come again. Colleague had sushi rolls which were double the size of the ones he normally gets in the hospital food court.
