The lovely lady engaged so beautifully with a Spanish customer by using a little Spanish to talk to her and that customer was so happy.Then the woman in front of me had grabbed two shampoos. She didn’t have to say anything but she asked if that was what the customer wanted and the customer was so relieved because she hadn’t wanted two shampoos. Then the woman helped her get what she needed.For me, I grabbed a shampoo and conditioner and she told me it would be more economical to buy a boxed set. Again, she could have just charged me for what I had brought to the counter!I really liked her customer focused service style

And they tidied it because my previous cut was uneven and they advised a cut every 3 months. And they're quite cheap for hairdressers! And we had the whole 'are you okay' conversation and I felt heard and understood. 10/10 would go back!

I had my hair cut by Chelsea and she was knowledgeable, understanding, and happy to adapt when I changed my mind on my length halfway through the cut.The other staff were friendly, there was a positive atmosphere, and they were realistic about the average person and their capabilities.I couldn’t get over how kindly they spoke about a customer after they had left the store who had their hair colour correction finished partway through my cut. It’s obvious that they have a very positive work environment.I will be back again and I would recommend Beyond Hair & Beauty to others in the area.

Joan Hughes: A friend told me that she loved Hairific where she purchases her wigs.I popped in to the Salon without an appointment to enquire and Dee greeted me and asked if I would like her to show me some wigs in private.She was so lovely and not at all pushy that I trusted her to order me a synthetic wig.It came in before the due date and the colour & style Dee chose for me was perfect.She razor-cut it into a pixie-style and I just loved the end result..Before I left the Salon I ordered another wig exactly the same.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hairific, especially Dee with her professional advice and calm manner.

Craig Osip: The staff were so friendly, happy to chat but also happy to quietly work if preferred. They really wanted to get to know about you so they knew best what type of cut/colour works best. The salon is surprisingly big and they offer coffee/tea/water while you wait. My hair colour turned out amazing, really natural and was exactly what I didn't know I wanted before walking in. He introduced himself as John and then he proceeded to expertly cut my hair exactly based on the photo that I showed him. Out of every hair dresser that I've shown that photo to, he's gotten it spot on to the cut I wanted in the fastest time too. There's no reason for me to go anywhere else when he does so many things right.
