Helen Loveday: Such a lovely place for My autistic daughter to get her first haircut. Staff were very friendly and gentle. No loud noises while the haircut was going on. Even hair-dryers weren't used until afterwards. Great chairs for kids to sit in and a lovely play area for toddlers. The first haircut certificate was very special and a great keepsake!

Dreambugs: Came in for a huge colour correction - walked in with a stubborn dark copper colour that I desperately wanted to get rid of and with the amazing teamwork of all the lovely staff, walked out absolutely stoked with a gorgeous, natural looking light golden brown. I've already gotten so many compliments on it. Despite the salon being busy and with the stylist who was originally scheduled to do my hair on that day being absent because of sickness, the staff had a positive attitude and still ensured that we'd achieve what I wanted by the end of the appointment. The salon has a very nice and positive atmosphere where you won't feel bored sitting in the chair for hours. Thank you guys so much!- Jade

Joan Hughes: A friend told me that she loved Hairific where she purchases her wigs.I popped in to the Salon without an appointment to enquire and Dee greeted me and asked if I would like her to show me some wigs in private.She was so lovely and not at all pushy that I trusted her to order me a synthetic wig.It came in before the due date and the colour & style Dee chose for me was perfect.She razor-cut it into a pixie-style and I just loved the end result..Before I left the Salon I ordered another wig exactly the same.I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Hairific, especially Dee with her professional advice and calm manner.

The style also really suited the wet weather of the day and stood up to the humidity which usually makes my hair frizz like crazy. The style even lasted another day , looking neat and tidy the next morning. Thank you again.Booked an appointment to get my hair done for an event. They were on time, were accurate in the estimate of how long it would take, did a great job creating a lovely hairdo for the evening which lasted well until i turned into a pumpkin. Definitely will want to return when next staying in the CBD for a special event.
