Corey Smith: Certainly a privilege to attend Adelaide Oval to experience the atmosphere and respect paid to such a beautiful and historically nostalgic venue.I have had the absolute privilege of attending this beautiful venue over the years and also appreciate the respectful improvements over the years.From attending my first ever SANFL Game in the mid 70's where Westies struggled to get over South Adelaide, then to see the Great West Indies Cricket Team's of the 80's, the Televised Sheffield Shield Games where the TV Camera was at one end.Looking and sitting under the Moreton Bay Figs, sitting on the southern hill where Cornsey used that tree with the kids in it to kick that the goal against North.Watching Malcolm Marshall bowl at full steam as well as him dancing reggae style on the boundary at third man to the entertainment of our Year 10 P.E. class.Watching that infamous David Hooked Innings against Victoria and enjoying those Hotdogs from the old Caravans to the left of the Victor Richardson Gates.Seeing West Adelaide take home the Premiership Cup in 2015 after 32years.And actually experience the amazing "Never tear us apart " at the Port home game Showdown 😎Thankyou for the memories and the experience.

Danielle Palmieri: My family celebrated my husband’s birthday on Saturday night at EEC in the city. The food, drinks and service were all exceptional. Freya was the most professional and attentive waitress and even though she was very busy, she never appeared rushed or flustered. Akshay was also wonderful at ensuring that our evening was flawless and was so accommodating. We loved the “feed me” menu. The quality of food was first class and there was so much of it! You have to give the cocktails a go too…so delicious!

Me Pips: We’ve been to Golden Boy so many times. Yeah, it’s that good. Tonight we had great table service - thank you Isaiah! And it got me thinking what’s so great about Golden Boy. I mean apart from the spectacular food. It’s the customer service. The wait staff know the menu and are passionate about the dishes, relaying the details with wide eyed enthusiasm. A delight as always.
Sara: My daughter took me to Golden Boy on a Monday at lunchtime. We were celebrating my birthday as well as her own, which both occur in August.We chose to order the tuk tuk menu rather than having a full a la carte. We mentioned what type of tastes we had when it came to Asian fusion/Thai food and let the staff serve us a variety of dishes. The portions were extremely generous and absolutely delicious. The staff waited until we had consumed one dish before bringing on another. We can highly recommend the betel leaf with ocean trout if you enjoy something spicy - such delicate little servings, and the soft shell crab dish was a particular winner. Diners have both spoon and fork as cutlery or can use chopsticks if preferred.Coconut ice cream was an ideal dessert.Chilled wine accompanied our meal.The young man who waited on us was a delight.I cannot speak highly enough of Golden Boy and am at a loss to understand the couple of negative reviews I have read. The positives certainly outweigh that minority anyway.

The waitress asked about preferences and I had a beef main and everyone else got to share seafood and chicken. Don’t be fooled by the small serving sizes, I left feeling very full. The food was fresh and seasoned perfectly. Since it was my wife’s birthday, they brought her a funny desert. I have been to Golden 4 times and it never disappoints.We were served by Georgia who informed us she had only been working there for a month but her service was exceptional and she said she was really enjoying working there.The food was amazing and a great variety. The 8 courses we shared was more than enough food and we were never waiting too long between dishes. Can’t recommend a better place and we are looking forward to our next time there.

I said to my wife We won't need the red light there's no such thing as to much food. I was wrong We uesd the red light a fare bit. I'm calling it a food party the sides came out and all of them are so tasty and would be the best potato salad I have ever had. Then the meat started to come out and wow I love bbq meat and this is next level so so so much meat then after the first round you. CAn just keep asking for what you liked.We haven't seen the price before hand and once they said that side was unlimited and all the meat we thought easy over $100 each looked on line and was shocked how cheap it was. 10 out of 10 for everything at this place food,service, vibe, all staff are professional and friendly shout out to Leo who served us the most. Foodie Files Melbourne: We visited Africola for dinner which is probably the coolest restaurant in South Australia and really reminded me of some of the fun eateries in London, turns out the owner is from the UK and has settled in Adelaide, lucky for us he’s brought an immaculately styled venue with a killer atmosphere.Food wise my favourite was the peri peri chicken and the yummy carrot side. The chicken skin sandwich is kind of a signature but I wasn’t a huge fan. If you can book into the open kitchen seating that would be a really cool experience also.

All the food was incredibly tasty and well thought out with interesting flavours but still using familiar ingredients. Matthias Simpson: Organised a bucks show for my brother and this place did not disappoint!! Excellent simulator, excellent staff and surprisingly excellent food. Expected very normal appetisers but the pizza and other food we got were terrific. We got a 3 hour package that included drinks and the pricing was actually pretty decent. The venue is also bigger than expected and the golf simulator itself was brilliant. A lot of fun was has and I’ve recommended this place to a lot my friends.

The waiter, whose name is Daniele, was thorough with answering any questions we had and offered us tastings of the wine so we wouldn’t pick something we didn’t like. He even gave us a free glass. It’s not often that you go to a restaurant and they don’t just treat you like another customer. The food was fantastic and there wasn’t a dish we didn’t like. Would absolutely recommend.

I said no but he proceeded to tell me what the 79th digit of pi was. Not impressed. Food was good though 5 stars

But the star of the meal was the lamb shoulder, we haven’t stopped talking about it- best lamb I have ever eaten and paired with the crispy roast potatoes was chefs kiss. Highly recommend. Jasmine L: Absolutely delicious food and great service! Super duper recommend the barramundi Yello curry! Something is worth to die for!!!!! The fish is still so crunchy after being in the sauce !!!! Another highlight is the special - scallops!! Coconut and scallops?! Who would have thought !!!!! Wine list also good! We had white and red. Definitely recommend the red! 💕staffs are very nice and friendly!

Aman Mattoo: This place has been long awaiting on our list of places we wanted to try. The quality of food is very high, ingredients and products used are of fantastic quality. My favourite dish was the beef cheek, perfectly braised and melting in the mouth and very gelatinous the way I expected it to be. The salt and pepper squid had a nice sweet and sour dressing drizzle over it although i could enjoy the squids a bit more crispy with the dressing only in the salad and not so much on the squids. The other dishes sounded very appealing and would love the come back to try them out too. Ill get straight to the highlight of the evening and that was Carmen the wait staff. She explained all the specials to us, gave us enough time to settle in and made some great recommendations and came and checked on us every now and then to make sure we had everything we needed. She served us with a smile through the evening.Great place and would definitely go back.

Joe Partington: Unreal atmosphere, the restaurant really shows the principles of connecting with a customer with their interactive choice of charity cause that induces humble and selfless energy the establishment emits. Food was absolutely very scrumptious, the two of us only a quick burger to snatch before leaving, but was absolutely worth the detour.
Heath Wickins: Ordered a lamb burger which was fresh and tasty and arrived shortly after ordering.I had a friend order a meal from a competitor at the same time and they forgot to include the burger.An infinitely better experience and I will be back.

Friday night, was real busy and it still only took 8 minutes for a table of 4 to receive all sides and mains, absolutely coming bacmVegetarian options: the option's for vegetarian burgers was really good, the burger wasnt dry like they usually are. Taste was definitely there, one of the best vegetarian burgers ive tried.

My nephew had the Crospy Bacon & cheese & was impressed with his burger. We were surprised & hugely impressed with the Healthy Fried Chicken Bites.
