She truly is a curly hair whisperer.I found Lou to be warm and humble a private, quiet relaxing salon experience.I wanted a fringe and was aways told not to as I don't suit it and dont get one with curly hair. I went in for my first restyle cut in over a decade so I was obviously a bit nervous, but Lauren made me feel incredibly comfortable and she was so attentive and really listened to what I wanted throughout the whole process. The lovely lady engaged so beautifully with a Spanish customer by using a little Spanish to talk to her and that customer was so happy.Then the woman in front of me had grabbed two shampoos. She didn’t have to say anything but she asked if that was what the customer wanted and the customer was so relieved because she hadn’t wanted two shampoos. Then the woman helped her get what she needed.For me, I grabbed a shampoo and conditioner and she told me it would be more economical to buy a boxed set. Again, she could have just charged me for what I had brought to the counter!I really liked her customer focused service style
