Eva Makris: Easily the tastiest experience of my LIFE! This is no joke, they have recipes that will rock your world! We made this orange cake and I am a changed woman! I may never eat other food again, I swear. Incredible work, Callum + team! The staff were just beautiful, and they really helped me out with my dietary requirements! I want them all to know I love them so much, and I will definitely be back for more sessions! Thanks, Sprout! You're the best! See you again soon!

Bonnie Eather: We thoroughly enjoyed our Market to Plate experience with Sprout. I learnt lots of useful hands-on cooking tips, and the tour of the Central Markets was excellent. We were amazed at the quality of the meal that we created! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fraser: Fun cooking class experience. I think this is more of an activity than a learning type class. Something to bring your friend along to for fun. I felt like the classes themselves were quite fast-paced, difficult to keep up with. But i had a lot of fun and really loved getting a chance to cook in a professional kitchen.

Susan (Susie64): Had a fantastic night in Callum's Classics class. Food was delicious. The organisation was faultless. Learnt lots of tips. The recipes were simple, but sophisticated. You can easily make them all at home. Definitely recommend.Had another lovely experience March 2024. Did the market trip with tastings, then back to cook our purchases. So we'll organised. Flawless . Will be doing more.

Michael V: Amazing place. Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable. Have been to several classes and each class motivates me to cook and eat better. There cooking tips ensures the food tastes amazing. Highly recommend!

Martin Luerssen: Great cooking experience, delicious food, and nice staff.

Kirsten Forsyth: Had a fantastic experience at sprout cooking with friends really good fun have made the same meal a few times now at home

Cindy D: I did the homemade takeaway class and had a ball. Our instructors were dieticians so I learnt a lot about healthy alternatives. The recipes were easy to follow and I'm confident that I can recreate everything at home. The serving sizes were huge so definitely go on an empty stomach.

Nicole: "The best wedding food ever" - the feedback from all of the guests at our wedding!Sprout were fantastic to work with, had strong communication and worked around a COVID postponement, offer a broad seasonal menu focused on the freshest produce and quality ingredients. On the day, they made sure the bride & groom received all food including a plate of canapes, which we missed due to bridal party photos and were very flexible moving entree/main course timing on the day as the schedule went out of the window. The shared main courses/sides were an absolute hit, we would highly recommend!

Travel Jen: We attended the Sprout Christmas Dinner hosted by Callum and his team and loved it! Entertaining evening with food demonstrations between each course. All courses had matching beverages which were very generous pours. Food delicious, portion size on the small side but we all left the event content. Highly recommend if they hold it again in the future.

Carol Overweel: Ho! Ho! Ho! Christmas was the season and the biggest group I have experienced at Sprout so far. Five different dishes over three courses with matched wines as usual, two young chefs showing how to prepare all recipes sharing tips and tricks for stressing less while preparing for Christmas entertaining. Thanks to all at Sprout for another lovely night of food, wine, good service and meeting new people. Have a safe and Happy Festive Season, see you again in 2023.

Sandra Kneile: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have taken part in two cooking classes at Sprout so far, the first being the Gin & Tapas experience with my partner, and the second one being an inclusive cooking class with a vision impaired client of mine. Both classes were absolutely wonderful, and I’ll be sure to be back. The instructions were simple and easy to follow, and the recipes absolutely delicious. I have already recreated one of them back at home and it turned out exactly right - super happy with that. We also loved the cocktails by Prohibition Gin during our Gin & Tapas class. Thank you so much, Team Sprout, love your work, and cannot recommend you highly enough. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Yvonne Harvey: I was given a voucher for my birthday from my children. It was an excellent experience & so much fun.

CJ: What a great night. A three course meal, lots of tips, just good fun. Highly recommend it. Great birthday gift to share with a friend.

Karyn Stegemann: Great experience, knowledgeable, friendly & helpful staff. Loads of fun.

Sterling Barker: Great night out

Tania Shaw: I supported a gentleman here today. Although he's participated before, it was my first time here. I was really impressed with the enthusiastic instructor, who welcomed everyone on entry. The layout of the kitchen, the cooking benches, the food to cook and interaction between everyone was awesome. What an amazing opportunity to learn something new, and easy enough to repeat on your own at home. Thankyou, thankyou, thankyou🙏🏽🌟

Natasha Nel: We had our daughter’s 9th birthday party at Scoffed and everyone loved it! It is so well organised and we didn’t have to do a thing. The chef was great too and really good with the children. Will definitely be back!

Emma Rieger: We had our daughter’s 7th birthday party at scoffed and it was brilliant. The staff were lovely and the kids had a fabulous time cooking! Highly recommend.

Briony Leembruggen: Loved the "pace" of the night, allowing us to still socialise and eat our meal together. Q&A was great too!A great team experience!

Slav K: .

Matt Cook: A great experience to learn the tips and tricks to cook all the BBQ favourites. Very well run by people who know food!

Alex Corones: Attended the American Low 'n' Slow BBQ cooking class. Informative and enjoyable. I've been doing L&S for a while, but picked up some new skills, techniques and recipes. Would recommend.

Paula B: Kids cooking classes during the school holidays - great friendly staff and kids loved it. Learnt the basics of the kitchen including hygiene. Will be back.

Anna: It was good, however the recipe could be improved. I made the Christmas eclairs. we used white chocolate on top which is just too sweet for some people so I think having the option to choose between the type of chocolate you put on top would be a good idea. Another way to improve it would be by making the instructions for the custard more clear to avoid over cooking it and making a chunky custard. It was hard to tell if the heat was correct and I think that the custard was a section where everyone required a bit more guidance. Overall, the course was fun and I learnt some tips to improve my cooking.

Jahcinta Clark: This was so much fun!! We went for our work Christmas party and everyone loved it! Chef Tony was so helpful and made the process so easy. Highly recommend and will definitely be back

Deborah Lindsay: I attended the Thai Banquet class. The food was yummy and our chef was very talented and informative. It is so nice to feel like you can recreate what you make at home.

Marianne Richa Zouein: My daughter enjoyed the class and is looking forward to going again. Thank you for the exquisite experience!

Denise Spares: , and goodness knows the focus levels of the kids varied as well. The kids learned kitchen safety with how to hold knives, move around the kitchen walking with the knife

Fraser Thomson: Was given the '4th of July' class as a birthday present, and couldn't have been happier. Tim and Alon were both very insightful, helpful and very entertaining. The entire experience was incredible for start to finish and to top it off the food was absolutely incredible and left completely satisfied, highly reccomend as a gift to give someone or just an experience worth trying.

Fouché Erasmus: Great place with friendly staff who will show you how to have fun while cooking amazing tasting food.

Antonia Moran: I’ve attended a cooking class and MKR event with scoffed and both were brilliant. I couldn’t recommend Scoffed more.

Angela Aschberger: My kids always enjoy classes here, and it's helpful to have the recipe afterwards to be able to recreate the food at home. I love that they get to try new foods and learn kitchen skills like proper knife technique, etc. The ability of the teaching chefs to adapt to the different ages of children in the classes is really great, and means the older kids can be extended while the younger ones still learn the basics.

Khajiho Tokunaga: We did the ginger bread house workshop with about 20 people. It was so much fun! The class was really easy to follow and the staff were lovely. Highly recommend

Cainara J. B. Burton: Best place for real life skills! Could not recommend it highly enough! If you are in doubt where to take your kids on weekends or holidays… this is one of the best money you can spend

Sticky Rice Cooking School and Villa Accommodation: what do users think?

Diane O'Leary: I attended two cooking classes with Yukiko and Daniel and had a wonderful time at both classes. The recipes were explained in detail and plenty of opportunity to get hands on. My main reason for going to an Asian style cooking school was to learn more about blending the different sauces and what dishes they were best used in and this was covered extremely well. The other people attending the classes were great fun and really good company. I would highly recommend these classes.Nearby activities: Plenty of things to see and do in the Adelaide Hills region even in winter

Sally-Anne McIlwain: . We thoroughly enjoyed our night with the fabulous chef Yuki and host Daniel. A big thank you to Jack for all the washing up.

Heather Wright: Can highly recommend this cooking school, Chef Tania's Vegetarian menu, instructions and participant interaction was nothing short of fantastic. What a treat - you've got to try it 😁

VKNY: Our stay at this luxury accommodation was simply perfect for a weekend getaway. The interior was stunning, and we were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful touch of a 'welcome hamper' filled with local foods. Every aspect of our stay felt like a dream, and for a moment, we completely forgot we were in Adelaide. Instead, it felt like we had been transported to a cozy cabin in Japan. The overall experience was amazing, and we're already looking forward to coming back again in the future.

Nicholas Mills: Such a wonderfully organised class with exceptional dishes and kind, thoughtful and generous staff. Yukiko was great at giving clear instructions and keeping us engaged throughout the evening, such a lovely person to learn to cook from. Thanks to Daniel for going above and beyond to help us!Service: 5/5 …

Helen Barton: Rooms: ZenHotel highlights Romantic …

Hayden Zammit Meaney: Wonderful experience for our cooking school at Sticky Rice - we joined the Asian Adventure with Yuki and had so much fun. Thank you for a great night out!

Paula B: I did a cooking class with Yuki and was very impressed with the service and teachings. Yuki and staff were professional and attentive and answered all of your questions with ease. The booking process was completely fuss free and followed through to the kitchen. The food was Devine and paired with a suitable wine, made for a great day out.Noteworthy details: Parking was easy. Good sized class. Tips and tricks from a professional chef.

Turn Out: Amazing afternoon.Great opportunity to learn and practise each step of some classic Asian fusion.Fresh ingredients, techniques explained and practised followed by a culinary delight and glass of wine.A must for anyone wanting to explore that art of Asian cooking. Will definitely be returning for one of the other classes and sessions

Raquel Mulholland: The most fantastic, one of a kind experience! Had a wonderful time attending a lunch session at Sticky Rice. Yuki was a wonderful teacher! The food was incredible and overall just a wonderful thing to do with my partner. Would highly recommend!!!

Colin Clarson: I only attended the cooking school, but what a treat it was. It was my first cooking school experience and I was the only solo attendee, but the rest of the group made me very welcome. We cooked 4 courses in groups of 6 or 7 in my case. The Chef Yuki was very lively and entertaining, you top the session of sitting down for your own banquet and if I say so myself it was delicious, would highly recommend this business to anyone .... I will be going back for more classes in the future.

Nick Z: Nice place to get away and relax, the place is well decorated and makes you feel like you are in Bali. If I was to add to $$$ additions it would be a wooden Spa and on the cheaper side….a Nespresso machine.

Keryl French: I surprised my other half for his birthday. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The food was delicious and there was a great mix of people to dine with. He said he would enjoy doing other cookery courses.

Tim Wray: Yukiko is a great chef and teacher. Outstanding quality ingredients and very organised. Did the Japanese class and everything was delicious. Highly recommend.

Joshua Goldsworthy: It was really nice. I added avo and bacon. I was just confused by the choice of bread used in the dish. It was long and thin and didn't fit on the plate. It was hard to fit all the ingredients + the extras on this tiny bit of bread.A bit of a first world problem I know but it just confused me.

Dillon Catford: Great service and staff. Delicious peach, almond and honey muffin. Nice relaxed vibe

Heather Chu: For me is the customer services that make this place great! Top notch, keep it up and will certainly come back.

Charissa Davies: Super friendly staff, very well priced menu, simple tasty food. Bread is made on-site.

Scott Perry: Jessicas enthusiasm can not be described with words alone. She is mad, but in the best way posssible. Booking a class is one of the best things you can do for the young people in your life.

Pru Raymond: Could there be a better ambassador for FOOD? Even the pickiest eater would be inspired to try new things after a Cook n Create workshop. Jess inspires all she encounters with her positive energy and her wealth of knowledge acquired from both formal qualifications and years of teaching experience in the UK and Australia. If you are lucky enough to get into one of her classes, do it!

Lynley Muller: Jess hosted a pizza birthday party for my son. We had a fantastic time! Jess is so organised, there was little needed to be done on our behalf. All we had to do was provide the location. Jess is engaging with the kids and her enthusiasm is contagious. All the kids enjoyed themselves and even the fussy eaters were eager to eat their creations. Thanks Jess for wonderful, engaging and enjoyable party!

Becky Pizzilli: Jess is a wonderful teacher and my daughter absolutely loves her cooking classes. It's the only activity she's wanted to continue with term after term and our son must be feeling the FOMO as he's asked to do Jess' classes next year too! Our daughter has learnt so much about food and cooking and the classes really help to develop her fine motor skills. The dishes taste delicious too 😋 Highly recommend x

Natalie Garreffa: When we signed up to attend the 6 weeks of cooking classes I thought it would just be the basic run of the mill cooking class that we have done in the past, wow was I wrong!! Each week the kids were challenged with new recipes, techniques and foods to encourage them to step out of their comfort zones. Jess was so amazing with the group, full of energy and a wealth of knowledge to teach them something new each week. The recipes were delicious and inventive and we walked away each week saying "oh yum we will have to make this again at home." Thank you for such a fantastic experience 😁

Emily Pridham: My son has had an absolutely amazing time over the last 6 weeks. He was very included and Jess was very hands on making the instructions very easy to follow.Positive Communication, Quality, Professionalism, Value …

Restaurant Botanic: what do users think?

Ten Ton: The chefs here are a combination of both artists and scientists. This is not food served here, but beautiful and perfectly balanced taste stimulants whose flavours both confound and delight in their complexity. The best of which come before the maron, with the exception of the emu which is prepared in a way that patriotically rival the world’s best meats. Thanks to the excellent service, this is an exceptionally sophisticated experience and should be sampled by anyone who has the means. This experience would be best in the summer where twilight would allow visualisation of the garden surrounds and the preference for more sophisticated garden lighting, especially in the winter, is this restaurant’s only criticism. Bravo to the entire team.

Tim Quinney: A very unique experience. As the name suggests Botanics is definitely the theme of this restaurant and it's menu. Which personally I found to be at times challenging.Over the course of a few hours which never felt rushed, a very wide range of dishes were fed to us. There were none that were too difficult to palette but some that were a bit more floral than I perhaps was used to.The larger protein portions were all very tasty but I would say on the smaller end of fine dining tasting experiences.Overall I walked out feeling a little confused. It was certainly interesting but maybe not what I would say is delicious. Well worth the experience however.

AP MD: ADDIT: I have come back to Restaurant Botanic since their new head chef has started and am blown away by this places evolutionEverything that they excelled in before they have somehow taken to the next level. The delicacy and intricacy of each course is only overcome by the passion and complexity of the flavours. Everything this place does - whether it's food, service or environment - they do it to it's maximum potentialRestaurant Botanic has done amazing things for the South Australian food industry and I see no element of them slowing down. This time next year I believe they'll be spoken about on a global scaleIncredible experience and beautiful evolution - a must try for everyoneAdelaide's new restaurant has definitely made its mark. I was beyond blown away by the quality of the food, the devotion of the staff to making every little detail perfect, and the uniqueness of their approach. The food is not only amazing, but the entire experience is a journey. I see big things for this restaurant in the future, they should be very proud of themselves

James Alexandre: If you wish to experience the best Australia has to offer, and what we are all about, you must bring yourself to this restaurant and participate in the momentous journey Chef Jamie and Webster put in front of you. Their culinary artistry will evoke senses unknown to you prior to this experience. Every dish is a testament to their passion and mastery, transforming each bite into an unforgettable memory.

Frankie Lam: Cutting edge technique and creativity in using Australian local produces. Have both looks and favours. Very enjoyable 4 hours, do not think any other restaurant produce anything that can match this.Downside is service at the beginning, seems the bar and kitchen do not commute well and make it feel bit rush.Anyway, this is last week run by Justin James, will see if the new chef can maintain and improve the reputation.

Donna Stevens: First class attention to service for the customer, great welcome and attention through out the night.Highlight was the attendence to the table was from the pattisiere chef, that constructed the desserts. So nice to see someone from the kitchen at this price point.

Robert Scarborough: Mushrooms fudge dust with mushroom powder topped caviar. What who thinks of these things. The brilliant chef that’s. Who. I so glad they did.* A light fluffy mushroom delight with sea taste of delicious caviar. Brilliant way to finish. This was a night to remember a night of some of the best food I’ve ever tasted.I didn’t get to taste some of Botanic’s & Justin’s dishes. Though I did last week at Tasting Australia. What I did taste was the brilliance of Daniel & Tony from Sixpenny. A brilliance I am glad to have seen and eaten. I might just go to Sydney to do it again.WHAT A SENSATIONAL NIGHT.So after I walk for 30 minutes to a favourite bar. Taste 1/2 glass red. Nope body is so full of food I can’t even drink. Go figure. But true

Bob Elliott: Restaurant botanic should be rated as AAAAA. It really is a once in a life time experience. The friendly greeting by Tom and Ruby. Removing our coats and umbrella. The detailed explanation of the experience we were to have was first class. Each dish was beautifully presented with local shrubs, leaves, rocks from the botanic gardens being used to high light wash dish.If Tom or Ruby were not giving a detailed explanation one of the many excellent chefs were out. There were 29 diners on the night and the whole experience took 4 hours.I am already saving the pennies to go again.Well done

J H (justher): . I really want to try that duck but couldnt..If I do come again, I’ll do lunch just to get some time to walk around the garden as well.

Africola: what do users think?

Sam Williamson: Amazing food - being vegetarian I was not sure what id be able to choose from on a set menu - but there was Soooo much great food! Even vegan options and other dietary needs are welcomed.Great atmosphere and the staff know what’s up when it comes to service and their customers; and knowing the menu.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vego food on the menu.Dietary restrictions: All dietary needs are catered for - they’ll be sure to find something for you

Foodie Files Melbourne: We visited Africola for dinner which is probably the coolest restaurant in South Australia and really reminded me of some of the fun eateries in London, turns out the owner is from the UK and has settled in Adelaide, lucky for us he’s brought an immaculately styled venue with a killer atmosphere.Food wise my favourite was the peri peri chicken and the yummy carrot side. The chicken skin sandwich is kind of a signature but I wasn’t a huge fan. If you can book into the open kitchen seating that would be a really cool experience also.

Fionn MacRedmond: I mean sometimes, very rarely, you go somewhere and everything delivers. This was one of those places. Delicious. Delicious. Delicious. Truly, it was elevated. And interesting...not just boring generic blah blah food other places churn out. This was menu was creative and with intention. We're from Melbourne so sadly won't be back anytime soon, however will be singing the praises for some time to come. Bravo..Brava!

Carolyn Lee: Innovative and flavourful food with superb service and great atmosphere. If you want to try something a bit different in Adelaide, this is the place to go. All the food was incredibly tasty and well thought out with interesting flavours but still using familiar ingredients. The service was SO good here, our waiter was attentive and enthusiastic without ever being pushy. Loved the vibe of the whole restaurant.Would recommend the Peri Peri Chicken, Chicken Liver Pate and Crispy Chicken Tea Sandwich.

Aaron Henderson: My wife and I just rolled back to our Air BnB after an exceptional experience at Africola. The food ,service and the atmosphere was on point. It was a first time trying a fusion of African food and I can happily say we'll be back again.Well done team Africola 👏

Rosey Connolly: Big thank you to the team at africola ..wow wow wow.. amazing service ..amazing culinary delights.. we sat outside ..where warm enough.. but mostly the lovely young lady that served us on the night made the outing even more special..big thank you ❤️ the wine selection we had to choose from..perfect .. loved the B Chardonnay and even got to met the wine maker 😄. We thoroughly enjoyed the even .. 10 out of ten ..❤️💯

Steve Tempest: I really enjoyed my dining experience here, and will be remembered. A lot of new food experiences with each course and all were extremely tasty.I'd definitely recommend this place for people who like to try new things they wouldn't get elsewhere. Everyone left feeling very full which is often hard with a degistation style sitting.

Maria Kl: Food was exceptional and lovely experience.

Mel: Totally lived up to the reviews. Amazing unique and interesting food, that's great value. They only do feed me menus and there was SO MUCH food! They happily put it in takeaway containers for us. Drinks were excellent. The vibe and playlist was spot on. Must go if you're in Adelaide! Remember to book in advance. Also, they aren't open all day, even though it says they are on the website. Only open from 6 pm for dinner.

Chris Braeker: What a revelation this place is! The food was absolutely spectacular and full of surprises. We loved every moment of it. Our group of three was sat at the bar which was great to appreciate Gios handy work. He was the best host and made us feel comfortable. We will certainly be back!

Simply Sarj,: what do users think?

Dundas: Vegetarian options: Is their specialty.Kid-friendliness: They are parents themselves what can I say.

Alex: Popped in for lunch with mates. Had the Signature Roti with 2 potluck curries. The roti was unlike any I’ve had before, in a good way. It was thick like a naan, warm and pillowy, like eating a hug. Matched perfectly with the two vegetarian curries and chili sambal. Everything was delicious. Super friendly and funny wife/husband duo were very welcoming. We’ll be back!Watch out for the sweet potato donuts, they are dangerously good.

Jessica Simonis: A little gem that we stumbled across by chance. Delicious food cooked with love. Must have the authentic Chai. Will be back for sure

Isabel Chen: My favourite restaurant to get delicious Malaysian/Southeast Asian style vegetarian meals. Have tried almost eveything on the plant-based menu and my favourites are the laksa and curry puffs. There's an option to add seafood or meat to mains, but you won't even realise it's vegetarian since everything is packed with so much flavour! Sarj and Stephen, the owners, are always friendly and up for a chat to get to know you. Love how it feels like you're at a friend's place just hanging out eating delicious food!Vegetarian options: Mostly plant-based meals with option to add meat or seafood.Parking: The restaurant is located next to a UPark so it's super convenient for parking. Lots of free parks around Grote/Gouger Street too.

KC Nguyen: Amazing staff and quality food at this new cafe (highly recommend the gluten-free sweet potato donuts at the new place on Franklin St near the Adelaide Central Market.Vegetarian options: vegan and gluten-free options

Samuel Lee: Never ever have I had doughnuts better than here. Crispy Creme ain't got nothing on Sarj.

Guilherme Yoshikawa: Can't go wrong with the dish you pick here, all plant based and delicious. The food is made fresh with love by Sarj and her husband Steven, an inspiring couple that put their heart and soul into these dishes.100% recommend this place. Will be going back with friends and will be purchasing any recipe books and sauces sold in the future 🤩Take care!

Karin Schoch: So good that I was too busy eating and forgot to take a photo of the fabulous Laksa with dumplings. Beautifully cooked, full of flavours, friendly service, just perfect.

Tony Miner: Been meaning to try this place for sometime and finally did it today.I had Nasi Goreng and my partner had the Char Kway Teow. Both dishes were very tasty and authentic in taste. We'll be back again to enjoy other dishes.Special note, I have talked to the chef, Sarj a few time walking pass the store before today.
