Melissa Nguyen: A nice tech store to go to if you want discounts, I got myself a M2 Macbook Air 16/256GB for about $1900 AUD. It's clean, the staff is friendly and it is air conditioned, so it can be warm or cold depending on the weather outside. It was a bit hard to find for me though, since it was underground and hard to locate within the mall, other than that, it's a good place to buy tech/tech accessories eg. laptop bags.

A lovely older gentleman assisted me. We weren't quite sure because l didn't have the building with me. He explained it was his first day and asked his boss. Together we found the right battery and it's perfect!l've commented because l liked the service and really appreciated not driving 130kms for the wrong thing. He did his best to give us the most discount possible at the cost of sacrificing his own commission he provided great intel on the products we were interested in and we left feeling so greatful, we had to leave a review. BH: Shopping for a home security wi-fi cam last sat 1/06/24. Took awhile to be served, but was so lucky to have Drilona come by. Mike Bazil: I took in an UV torch today, thinking that it was a very poor product because it emmited very little light, and hoping for a refund. The young fella that served me pointed out that the batteries that i put in there may be at fault. Well, sure enough, he put some fresh batteries in there, and it worked great. I must have had some flat batteries in the van, and didn't check to see if that was the cause of the problem, before i returned to tha store and complained. Was my face red with embarrassment...I am an electrician! Anyway, the fella was very kind about it, and helpful and forgiving... top marks for customer service!!!

He has excellent communication skills and listens intently and guided us through the options very skillfully. I can't recommend the young guy highly enough. I would like to add when I spoke to James the boss, he too was outstanding so much better than the previous staff/owners. He was very polite and spoke with a smile which accounts for a lot these days. As soon as we walked into the shop we noticed a big difference to the culture and the fact that there were more customers than we'd seen in a long time and it was a Monday! John Rayson: I accidentally double ordered on line on Sunday. I was going to ring Snowys on Monday to check whether I had or not. Before I had a chance I received a call from Snowys saying they noticed two orders exactly the same within moments and the very pleasant lady asked if this was intended or not. What excellent, competent and honest service. I've been a customer for years and highly recommend this company to everyone.

I really like the YouTube videos on products and also their podcast is very informative. Staff training and knowledge is exceptional as demonstrated by Ben and Lauren on the Snowys podcast/YouTube channel. The Facebook group Snowys Camping Banter is also very useful for answering questions. Give this review a thumbs up if you found it helpful.2/4/23 Visited again and bought some hiking boots and Petzl headlights. pisces 63: Went into Paddy Pallin's and spent ages with Neil asking questions about various items for the Camino. His knowledge and willingness to share tips and spend time explaining features and answering questions was great. There was no pressure to buy and no sense anything was too much effort. He was enthusiastic and friendly. The result was a pleasant experience and one where I came away more confident about the purchases I made and the ones I plan to make.
